After 2 years, the freezer quit working one day and the main fridge section quit the next day. No one on our area repairs this brand and Best Buy could not help locate a repairman because the fridge was out of warranty and we had not purchased the extended warranty (lesson learned the hard way). Loved the size and internal water dispenser though! If you purchase this item make sure you also get the extended warranty!
