We purchased this Fridge back in April, thinking Insignia was a reliable brand. However the fridge stopped working just 5 months in and it has taken over a week to get the part to be able to have it fixed even with Geek squad protection. The fridge started going warm and the freezer temp raised by itself and we lost over $500 worth of food. also the inside water dispenser was difficult from the start and it takes a lot of pressure just to get water to come out. had I known, we would have paid up a few dollars and got the Samsung instead. not happy at all with this fridge.

Not bad for the price. The middle selves can’t be used to store taller items.

Very pleased with this refrigerator plus about 200 dollars cheaper then any other the install crew did a awesome job of removing and installing of my old refrigerator and the new one

First, I like Best Buy and I shop there for appliances and electronics. They've always treated me well and worked hard to fix issues. That said, this fridge was a problem. It would not reliably hold temperature. We got it because it had a lot of space, good layout, no protruding handles, good price. But, from what I now hear as BB (to their credit) workec thru trying to replace the unit in a timely fashion, I would not buy Insignia except as a throwaway (hunting cabin, college dorm), and then I'd wait for a sale. I knew that Insignia was Chinese assembled random parts, but I assumed that as the BB house brand there'd be some effective QC. They fixed this issue by finding me a deal on a Whirlpool.

i really like this refrigerator the one thing in i don't like much is the water dispenser. that is on the inside that makes you keep the door open for long period of time when getting water out. other than that, its great.

My family absolutely love this refrigerator, it has ample space on the top and the bottom.

You will enjoy this fridge, especially at the price point. It comes in under other competitors, and it's exceptional! I purchased it for rental tenants and they love it. Best Buy delivery and install was excellent. Thanks!

This refrigerator is so spacious. I can fit large foil pans. I love the icemaker in the bottom freezer. I don't need to buy bottled water any more there is a water dispenser located inside so I don't have to worry about the grandkids making a mess.

Could not be more happy with our new refrigerator, and love the ice maker. Being able to open either side by itself is one of the best things. Also it is so roomy on the inside with great selves space. thanks for the Best Buy. Jim Sokolowski

I have had this refrigerator for just over 1 year. Aside from the issues outlines below, the refrigerator works well and I like the space and the internal water dispenser. Unfortunately, I am currently dealing with the 2nd major issue I have had with it - and now it needs exchanged/replaced. Just 1 month into owning it, my family and I went out of town for 7 days and came home to a flooded kitchen and hallway because the water line broke - it caused $2,000 worth of damage to our flooring and the runaround with the insurance was a joke. The manufacturer wanted to just replace it instead of sending someone out to spend the 10 minutes it would take to just repair the water line. When I looked in the store and online, of course the refrigerator wasn't in stock anywhere and because I got it on sale, they weren't willing to give me the full value of it and wanted me to pay an extra $500-$600 for something comparable. It took me over a month to convince them to send a Geek Squad repair person out to just fix the line, which took all of 30 minutes to do. About 8 months later I noticed the ice maker stopped working off and on and I was getting an error code that said E6 - which wasn't anywhere in the manual. If I turned the ice maker off then on again, it would clear and the ice would starting working again. Eventually around the 1 year mark, the ice maker stopped working completely so I called geek squad again to come look at it. The arm of the ice maker was broken which could be fixed, but the code meant that the solenoid valve wasn't working, so our freezer now wasn't cooling properly which was a much bigger issue. Of course, they won't send someone out to replace the part so here I am a year later, trying to find a new refrigerator because the only option is to exchange/replace it. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! It is cheap for a reason and you will NEVER get anyone out to actually fix anything without a huge fight.

For the price is a really good fridge,I wish that it had more instructions of how to use the fridge but overall good fridge.

Very nice refrigerator, no issues so far. It's very spacious. Great value for the price.

I love my refrigerator! However it was not properly installed the 1st time. Had guys come back out. Yes they turned the H20 on so that would work but DIDNT turn on the Ice maker - now I'm getting solid blocks of ice! Guy was quite condescending!

I love the French door instead of the side by side which you can’t even fit a pizza in. It is great the kids can reach in one side or the other and take what they need at any time without rifling through the whole fridge. Very roomy and very quiet.

I’ve had it a couple of months so far. I hope I get a decade or two of use out of it. The only issue I have is when the ice cube tray is full and you open the drawer to access the ice, some of the cubes fall out the back of the tray. I shudder to think what it’s doing to my wood floor!

I saw this on your web site and bought it. The price was outstanding! We picked it up at the warehouse, brought it home, and hooked it up. I didn't notice that it had a water and ice maker. I would recommend this unit to anyone that is looking for a great product.

Love this fridge. So much space, shelves adjust. So bright and so many ways to organize so you can see everything :) Freezer is great with two compartments on bottom and a drawer with ice bin. Water inside fridge is an added bonus we saw in the store :) Got on sale, so definitely a no brainer! Had issues with first delivery and a dent so they sent a brand new one, the second delivery team was amazing and even lowered front feet of fridge so it won't move, it glides easily if you have to move it fyi :) WIPES clean so easily which is something my OCD self was nervous about keeping it clean, love the handles not exposed, less to smudge and looks sleek :)

This refrigerator has a lot of space inside. The ice maker and water dispenser has such a small profile so there’s more storage available in both the refrigerator and freezer. It’s the most refrigerator for the money, more than that of the major brands.
