After reading other reviews of the trouble people had getting their unit repaired or replaced, I decided I would just accept the dent and not bother to try to get it replaced. Long hours on the phone or having to pack it up were not appealing. The styrofoam had a special reinforced corner which suggests to me that the manufacturer knows that this is a problem. Either that or I was getting a damaged one that was reshipped. Either is not good. But it works fine and the corner is more or less out of sight. Nonetheless, buyer beware.

I would give it five stars except the bolts were stripped and the alleged reversible opening for door is not possible. Bought matching beverage fridge and same issue.

Display turns off

After unlocking the display, setting the temp, and locking the display the panel goes dark after 30 sec. There is no other indication that the unit is actually under power without opening to door and tapping a display button, or turning on the LED. I contacted Insignia Support (Ryan) and he confirmed this is normal. Otherwise the unit adequately maintains set temp at the lower zone and three degrees higher in the upper zone.
