One day it just turned off and keep beeping. This went on for several days, we tried to fix it, but couldn't. I contacted best buy for help, but they couldn't provide any. Told me I had to deal with Insignia directly. Currently still sitting in my basement broke with warm wine. Would not recommend

Only negative was the delivery. It arrived with a dent in the lower left corner because it appears to be dropped. It wasn't bad enough to return though give how difficult it is to return things these days.

I can only get 4 across & that is by reversing each one. So really holds about 22-24 wine bottles.
