We are getting an E4 error which is related to the defrost sensor. Insignia has been incredibly slow to respond and we have to choose between listening to a constant beep from the fridge or unplugging the unit. Very unhappy with Insignia customer service and would recommend choosing a different fridge as it appears, based on my research (after purchase unfortunately), that this is a common issue with this appliance.

Of course it right after the 2 year mark so all parts and repairs are now your problem and not warranty when this clearly seems to be a them issue. After reading online reviews off Best Buy!
