I received the first one with a dent in the top of it. Returned it to the to the store. Worst store experience ever. Finally received a replacement at the correct address only for the door to be apart and another dent in the door this time.

We called customer service who told us that all they can do is send a $40 gift card which we never received. Item and service were and are unsatisfactory.

I have used this product a total of two months combined because did not plug in until February and every few weeks shows an error code E-4. I had it disconnected for three months! Reconnected three weeks ago and happened again! I give up! Appears to be a defect in these coolers, with defrost sensor! Check it out online. But do not buy! And Best Buy local store does not pick up the phone! The whole thing is beyond frustrating! I need my money back! Even to set up an appt I have to go to a store, ridiculous. This is not something I can transport!

I took it out of the box, plugged it in, waited a couple hours and the temperature display said 50. At first I couldn't change it and then I called Insignia and they said to hold down the lock button for 3 seconds and that allows you to change it. It did. However, the display does not stay on. Nor does it tell you what the actual temperature is inside the wine cooler. Insignia said the display should tell you the temperature. This way you know whether it's keeping it at the proper temperature. Clearly it's not. Why would anyone want a wine cooler that isn't giving you an accurate temperature reading.
