    We purchased this wine fridge to have a matching pair in my husband's wine room. In just two days of being plugged in, we started smelling something electrical -- and when I went to pull out a bottle, it was room temperature -- the smell was coming from the fridge. We immediately turned it off and will be returning it. Note: This was an "open box" item....red flag...I'll never buy "open box" again.

    Not sure what happened but the temperature settings is now stuck at 50 and cant change it back

    Purchased on line and picked up at Sherman Oaks, and hauled it home. Very soon after opening the box it became obvious that this was a customer return as it was missing parts, as well as the instruction manual. Called the store and manager told us that they never sell a defective product and did not want to take it back! Finally decided to replace it with a brand new unit which worked fine

    This cooler does not seem to have any humidity control. My wine bottles started to get covered with mold, so I put in a humidity sensor and the humidity would get up to 90%.

    Temperature stayed at 50 degrees and wouldn't change. Best Buy sent me another and the same occurred, with three dents on three sides of wine cooler. Terrible product and worse customer service from Best Buy

    1st came damaged, returned it..ordered it again, came damage, again.. ordered it last time and guess what it came damaged again. Try upping your quality control because obviously what you have going isn’t working!!

    We purchased one.The board to change temps. did not work. called Insignia support. we were transferred to Best Buy support. They determined it was fault and replaced with a new one. Again same problem. We are returning it again. Poor Quality control from Insignia. We will pick another brand.

    For about 4 days it was a jewel, then we noticed the unit was awfully silent. We thought it was normal until we placed a thermometer overnight and the temp reading was 66 when it should have been 45. What a disappointment.

    I had shipped to the house since the size and weight. It came with the door hinge broke and cooler dented. Could not even open the door. Had to load in my suv and carry back to store. And now the store is out of stock. Very disappointing.

    Arrived with a dent on the side but the main issue is how loud it is. I can hear this fridge on the third floor of my home and I have it on the second. So annoying that I may be forced to return it.

    I’d give zero if possible. Using two temp probes not only was setting off by 8 degrees the top and bottom had +6 degree Temp diff. That should not happen in such a small unit.
