    Bought this wine fridge for our bar area for wine and beverages. The temperature stays at 50. You can't turn it up or down. Defective. Returning it.

    I have returned this item tree time. First time there were dents all over it. The second time the glass was broken. The third time the power would turn on I hope my 4th one works. And Best Buy’s customer service sucks!!

    Bought the matching beer fridge last year, the wine fridge has a different color door. Not good since they are side by side. Called company, they said they could not help me.

    Extremely poor packaging and there are dents and dings every which way. I tired to give this a shot 3 times! On the third time it was the worst of all and was sent an open box product! Unbelievable.

    Arrived damaged - with two small dents, looked used though was supposed to be new. Made a lot of noise - so much so that I had to unplug it in the living room to sleep in my bedroom. Returned.

    This cooler is the WORST. It leaks water so i have to keep a towel at the bottom of the door and has so much condensation that mold is growing. Would not waste your money.

    Item returned for deep dent in box and cooler. Second 29 bottle wine cooler arrived. Just opened the box. Dented in front and side and part of the metal front frame pushed up.
