Awful received 3rd one with all damaged upon delivery. Great quality control!

This is my second one. The first came damaged and the second one came in worse shape.

Product came with damage. Several dings and dents. Very disappointed.

Makes load noise when it comes on. Was delivered damaged.

Picked the wine cooler up at our local Best Buy and opened it up when arriving home-in good condition, no dents or other issues from shipping. Waited 8 hours to turn it on, as recommended by the customer service staff. Cooler cooled down quickly to 50 degrees F per the digital display. However, the up and down temperature toggle switches did not change the temperature. Re-read the manual and still not able to lower or raise the temperature. Used a refrigerator thermometer and it read 52 degrees F. Contacted Insignia Customer Service and they have been very responsive with a number of suggested solutions. Alas, none have fixed the temperature toggle issue. At this point I have been advised to return it to the store to the Geek Squad desk and see if it can be repaired, and if not, they will replace it with a similar or same model. It does keep the wine cool, has a good light inside, and looks very nice. I can update the review later after I return it to the store and see what happens.

This wine fridge is perfect for my kitchen - fits plenty of bottles for easy access and keeps space open in my main refrigerator. The unit it quiet, runs smoothly, and the door closes flush and secure. I would recommend this to anyone looking for proper storage for roughly 25 bottles.

The unit seems well constructed and a very nice thick glass door on it. Keeps temp very well. Noise level is very quiet. Only thing I will mention is that the Insignia units have a tendency to have their defrost sensors die fairly quickly and the only part to replace is the main control board and you have to wait 7-8 months for a replacement unit. Our older unit died 3 years after purchase (E4 error). This unit has an E4 error as well within 2 years (only reason I bought the extended warranty is due to this issue). I'd highly advise that if you get an Insignia (really it's a Midea) that you get the 3-4 year extended warranty. While I'm capable of replacing the main controller board, it's not easy and having to wait 8 months is intolerable.

No issues - holds temperature well, even when out in a warm garage. This has way better insulation than the 12-bottle Wine Enthusiast wine frig I bought first. It can't handle the warm garage; in the spring and summer, it goes to a minimum of 10 degrees above what I've set it to - but this Insignia 29-bottle frig stays exactly as set.

Door has to be forced closed sometimes but otherwise great addition to bar/cigar room

Excellent Wine fridge, keeps the temp low to where I want it and the wines are in great shape. I will order another one since I have already had this for a few weeks now and it has not given me any issues.

It's been running for 3 weeks now and so far so good. It's hoving right about 60ﾟ now and I'd like it a little colder so perhaps I need to look into the instruction manual. Because the reviews said that the unit often arrived damaged I made sure I picked it up at the store and checked it out thoroughly before I left.

This is a great looking and perfectly functional wine cooler. It looks great and really does hold 29 bottles for under $200.

The wine fridge is the perfect gift for Christmas. It fits perfectly in my dining room area. It is very quiet and keeps my wine at the perfect temperature.

Purchased my wine cooler in the Fall of 2021. It was installed in 2022. New kitchen remodel. It has stopped cooling in two years. The worst part is that you can't speak to anyone at the store. Being told to take it in. Itweighs 125lbs. Very frustrated. Heading to the store now as you are not able to speak and I was told someone would call be with 24 hours. It has been almost 48 hours.

Rating this poor as I bought it new on 9/21/21 and as of 12/20/23 is has died, displaying error code E4. Evidently this happens often as it is one of two codes mentioned in the set up guide. Call me old fashioned, but an item such as this should last longer than 27 months, don't you think??

Came on time. Works great. Finally the boxes of wine went in the trash and my wine is neatly organized and chilled!
