The actual bottle number it can hold is much less than advertised if you have any normal width bottles, closer to 20-22. The unit can be quite loud. I’ve had it two years now and noticed some of the bottle labels had warped and are coming off...and the bottles in the lower shelves felt wet. I put a humidity sensor in the unit and it was consistently over 80%! (Wines should be stored between 50-70%, ideally around 60%). We removed anything nice from this unit and are only storing cheap wines in it now.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our Wine Cooler. It is always disheartening when a newly purchase product arrives with any type of damage. Regarding the bottles, some of the bottles on the Napa Valley are bigger and have a different shape than the standard/average bottles on the market, due to this the bottles are not fitting as they should.
