I bought Insignia massage chair for our wedding anniversary last september... i didnt review early coz i was worried its just a spoiled buy...Its been with us about 2 months and it gives us the whole family lots of joy and better health. We dont have to go to Spa Massage anymore and spend $70 per hour per person and we can enjoy our massage anytime we want just at home. The best part of the massage chair is the foot massage where the ordinary massage chair in the malls or airport not available for that function. It really touch the correct part of the pain and tiredness and after your 30 minutes full body massage u feel lot better. I highly recommend this and always check out Best Buy Deals of the Day! they are the best catch!

My wife gave it to me when I retired Love it. We have been working on remodeling our home & boy this cĥair it's a God sent. It rubs me from neck to toes & very nice on the buns. My advise is to set it quick & put your arms quick as it starts soon. Insignia needs to give us 5 seconds after the setting aare set. Other than that I love it, nice on the cabs, glutes, shoulders etc.

I have been searching for a massage chair for quite some time. Of course, if you want best of the best you were have to pay for it. For the price of $1000 for this chair is absolutely not bad! Pros : Great price Does the job The heat is nice Cons: It is hard to read the remote, unless you have a very bright light. I wish it lit up so you could see what you were doing or had a touchscreen. Foot roller is a little harsh Wish it did a little more on the neck

This is an amazing chair. When it’s on sale it’s an excellent value for one grand. I’ve tried and tested multiple other chair is costing five or six grand or more, and this was very close in comparison to those. Overall very impressed and super satisfied with my purchase. I use it most days after a long day at work, and it relaxes me so deeply that I enjoy better sleep and deeper sleep.

Purchased open box. Air pressure not working but still the massaging function is amazing. Everyone that has tried it loved it. Only the foot massager is so so. Other than that it's amazing.

This chair is awesome! I was fortunate enough to be able to buy it on sale for $999.99 + $80 for taxes, and it was delivered for free. (They offer free installations but I had to go to an appointment so I requested for the unit inside the box to be placed inside the garage) Fairly simple to use but it does wonder for my back and my feet. I work 12hr shifts and as soon as I get home I showered and then straight to this chair for a 20 minute massage (you can set the chair to do a longer massage time but not exceed the time listed on instructions) Lots of individuals complain about products not working properly or up to expectations, but you will find that some of those people just simply DO NOT KNOW HOW TO READ or FOLLOW INTRUCTIONS. As long as you do what the manual tells you to do, this machine will last you a long time. My entire family uses it and even my niece and nephew after their sport practices from school. Wait for the price to go down and get this blessing in disguise. Trust me it will help out your back and feet.

Have found my new sleep routine. Twenty minutes of calming bliss before heading to bed. Love this chair and had fun trying out the different set options and also figuring out some of the other settings to find the perfect setting for me. This chair is awesome! Would highly recommend. The delivery was into the room in the box. Was workable for just me (female, 5'4" in my 60s) to get it out of the container and into the corner of the room.

Till now i just used once so far good not sure how long it will last but lets see hopefully there wont be any issue

I've always wanted a full body massage chair but just couldn't convince myself to spend 3-10k on one. Luckily for me I get an email a day from best buy notifying me of their deal of the day and when I saw that it was $999, It was a no-brainer. Hats off to Best Buy's marketing team for taking my hard-earned money, (This is me being positive) It's hard to pass up some of their deals. Now for the chair, it does what it states. It will give you a workover, takes a bit to get accustomed to, I just let it do its thing without adjusting the intensity, some may want to be a little subtle with some of the areas of massage like the feet. You won't be disappointed, at least I wasn't, especially for the price I paid for it along with free delivery and a couple of nice guys setting it up in my home exactly where I wanted it.

Overall I'm very happy with my purchase of the Insignia massage chair. I've used a variety of these types of chairs and while the insignia model isn't theost advanced or feature rich - it's difficult to beat the bang for the buck on this model. I picked it up on sale for $1250 and use it daily. I really look forward to my daily massage in the chair, helping to relieve stress and dig into some tough knots on my shoulder.

I rarely write reviews but this chair deserves one. This massage chair is worth every dollar I spent because I feel wonderful while in it and rejuvenated once a session has completed. I didn’t realize how tense I was until I began getting relief. I’m much more productive, focus better, and have more energy. The chair has preset massages and allows customization of the massage focus area, intensity, time, and position. The remote would be better if backlit. However, this is an easy fix.

Got this bad boy on the deal of the day for 899.99 and u cant beat that. Chair is awesome

I love massages. I was hesitant to try this massage chair because I didn't know if it would be "good enough" to simulate an actual massage by a human. While it still isn't the same as getting a good massage by a human, it fills the gap between human massage sessions and makes it so that I do not need to get human massages as often. So, in the long run, it's going to save me money. I got this when it was 50% off, so a good deal overall and it feels great to sit in the chair and relax for 20 minutes every day.

I bought this as a surprise Christmas gift for my husband. Oh my gosh! It is WONDERFUL! I read really great reviews for it beforehand, but now I see first-hand how amazing it really is! You have your choice of shiatsu, kneading, fingertip massage, and more. You can add heat, pick comfort levels (comfort, relax, energy etc) and so much more! The air compression of the arms and calves is wonderful! The foot massage is my favorite, with many levels but most of all, I'll tell you it feels better than a professional massage. The zero gravity portion of it has you reclined fully, and it reads you before it starts to determine correct positioning for your neck and shoulders. The legs are adjustable, which is great since I'm barely over 5 feet tall and the husband is over 6 feet! The chair itself is very well made and comes completely put together! There are wheels on one end, so you can lift and move it if you need to fairly easily. The chair is heavy, stylish and quite comfortable. My only complaint is I wish the remote was backlit, as it is hard to read without a light on. However, it doesn't take too long to figure it out (kind of like a TV remote!) Since we got it right before Christmas, we have used it each at least twice a day! Friends and family have to have a turn too, whenever they're over for a visit! Great purchase! I'm so glad I did it!

I love it. I have shoulder/neck problems & it really helps. I started feeling better right away. The Heat factor was a bonus for me. It feels great while I’m using it. Also the massages for feet is excellent. I’ve given up getting massages now because of the chair.

This is among the best massage chairs that I've ever tried and, for the price (even if it's not on sale), I'm not sure that it can be beat. The only reason that I didn't already have one before this purchase is the price...a comparable unit is way more expensive. My wife loves it too! The delivery team wouldn't unbox mine either, but they did carry it up a flight of stairs to the game room, so I can't complain a bit.

I recently exchanged between the 2D and the 3D Insignia massage chairs and even though the 2D chair gave a stronger back and neck massage with the pre-defined massage types, the 3D chair is still the better value even at $1199 vs $899 on sale. The 2D chair was lighter and not as quiet during operation of the rollers and airbags. Massage is still good and strong but I didn’t relax in it as much as the 3D model which I think might be built better. Still a good value if you can get it on sale for $899 as I did over Dec 2024.

I'm so happy I bought this item! Definitely one of my best purchases. I use it almost every day. It's very relaxing and helps ease some tension and pain as a result of spinal cord injuries. On first use I was a little shocked when it started the "tapping" motion on the "Hips and buttocks". That's just a fancy way of saying the chair wants to slap ya booty. But after the initial shock you get used to it! Delivery - The only bad reviews I really saw mentioned poor delivery. My delivery was amazing. They brought it up the elevator to the fourth floor, asked exactly where I wanted it, unboxed it, and even cleaned up the mess and took the box. They literally did everything other than plug it in. They were also extremely friendly. Like I said I do have spine injuries and use a wheelchair, but I don't think they were accommodating because of that. They genuinely seemed like they wanted to help out any way they could. The chair - The chair isn't perfect but I love it. It's comfortable and I often find myself falling asleep while getting the massage! The settings are great and in some areas it gives a GREAT massage. It's not going to be better than a good massage therapist that knows you well and knows what you like/need but it IS better than ltierally ANY 300 dollar massage I've ever gotten at a 5 star resort. Which isn't saying much because they are usually lackluster but in SOME AREAS it is just as good as human touch. I do wish this would get certain areas a little bit deeper (particularly the shoulder) and the airbags honestly feel like they do little to my arms (and I have oversized arms) but all in all it is an absolute stellar product. Just as nice as models that costs significantly more.

So far so - go - I have had it about a month now. It works great - very comparable to other chairs costing lots more. Only time will tell if the experience lasts. It has a 1 year warranty - I'd like to see that extended to 5 years....it isn't something you'd want to have to buy again every year or so! The buttons on the remote could be bigger with bigger writing and/or back lit to make it easier to read when using w/o glasses and bright lights on in the room...i mean i supposed to be relaxing :)
