Truly amazing! Deal of the day at half price that beats all expectations! Chair gets used 5-6 hours daily between 6 adults in our multi generational household and has functioned flawlessly with the exception of the initial remote becoming finicky. Remote broke a month in and Insignia promptly replaced with a new remote under warranty!

This chair is awesome and got it on sale for $999. Best Buy delivered it, setup in house and remove the trash. I only had to connect the remote and power cable. I was skeptical because Insignia is either really great or bad. This chair is great! I always wanted one and have zero regrets. Some of the awkward reviews made me almost not purchase, but turns out they are all wrong.

I have been looking at the massage chairs for a couple years now. Best Buy had a sale that I couldn't pass up. This has been a great buy and is enjoyed by the whole family, we all take our turns in the massage chair to relax and come back down to earth. This has been one of the BEST purchases I've made in years!

This chair is amazing! My wife and I sit in it several times a week. Nothing better than coming home from a long day to a spin in the chair.

Purchased open box. Air pressure not working but still the massaging function is amazing. Everyone that has tried it loved it. Only the foot massager is so so. Other than that it's amazing.

Owned for a little less than a month so far. Purchased as a gift for parents who work manual labor and they love it! They would use it everyday after work to relax and sometimes they would even fall asleep in it. As someone who is always on the desk, the neck massage from this is amazing! The leather is easy to keep clean. The variety of massages are decent. Control is easy to use and understand. Size is perfect for my small living room. Its definitely a massage chair for people on the shorter side. People over 6'0 might have issues fitting comfortably into the chair. It goes on sale often at $1250 when I was shopping around, but on rare occasions it does drop to $999, so keep an eye out! My only complaint would be about the delivery. I was hoping the delivery people would assist unboxing it since it came in a VERY large box not to mention that its heavy. They only dropped the box inside the house and left afterwards, which was disappointing.

Had it for 8 months now. Lower end of massage chairs I’m sure but. Wouldn’t know as this is the only one I’ve used before. Highly recommend. Hope it runs forever. I’m 6 2 and it’s definitely a smidge small but can’t complain still does a good job.

I bought this for my mom who have Arthritis. Everyone in the family loves it. It feels like a very high quality product. The only thing that needs improvement is the remote as it feels that its not very configurable and also it is hard to understand. Also, the documentation could be more detailed. I bought this on the deal of the day so price-wise it was an excellent deal at $1000.

This chair is a nice message chair. I like the way it messages the feet. I like the different modes it has. The shoulder position is nice. The speed, width, foot roller and heating options are nice. Overall I would recommend this chair.

You can't go wrong buying this. If you haven't gotten a massage chair before, you should get this one. It's relatively affordable, especially when you wait for a sale. I've been using this every day, and I've never been happy ever since. It's that good.

Amazing value and quality! This is an entry level 2D chair but has more features than any other chair in its class. This was a super deal! Everyone in the household uses it everyday.

My husband uses this chair almost daily! It is quite narrow! We have not figured its full potential yet but it was a very good buy. We would recommend this purchase considering the top brands were almost triple the price of the ensigna.

Till now i just used once so far good not sure how long it will last but lets see hopefully there wont be any issue

I'm giving this a 1 star. The chair itself is awesome, and melts all my stresses away after a long day's work. My issue is with Best Buy. Before I bought this, I chatted with a rep and asked if it will be delivered and set-up where I want it, as the product overview stated. "Free delivery and setup. We'll deliver and set it up for you at no extra charge. All you have to do is sit back and relax. Some exclusions apply.* *Door and hallway width must be 30" or more." The rep said Yes, BestBuy will deliver and set-up. I depended on them to do this because I can't lift heavy weights. Upon delivery, the delivery guys said they just deliver they do not do any setup and for me to call BestBuy or GeekSquad. So I called Best Buy, the rep on the phone said he agreed that the product overview said delivery and set-up. He was going to investigate further. I never heard back from BestBuy. I couldn't wait anymore so I called a couple of people to help me unbox, lift it off from its box platform and set it to where I wanted it. This thing was heavy. Now I got a big ol box waiting to be removed. So much for Best Buy Service and so much for being an Elite Best Buy member.

I got this chair for my husband as a Christmas gift. Well let me tell you he loved it.

I love this chair. I've used it every day since I got it. It is very aggressive on certain settings but I figured out how to control that. Once I ordered the chair, it only took 6 days for delivery. The guys unboxed the chair and put it were I wanted it. I got it on sale but would if paid more.

Love this massage chair. I use it almost every day. You can set the settings to the intensity that is comfortable for you. It has heat, which helps a little on my back. It works on neck, back, arms, legs, and feet. Great chair.

Purchased at the deal of the day price, which is a steal for the options and quality at that price point. While it may not do everything, I appreciate the zero gravity setting and both the comfort and full body preset massage options. I also appreciate the flexibility to turn various options on or off. Solid - I am pleased with the purchase.
