Excellent chair and functional for your body. I play alot of pickleball and this helps alot to recover my back after each session. Like a personal massage anytime of the day. Best investment ever!

I looked at this chair on a previous date when I was on sale and was hesitant about buying it and after the sale was over I regretted not doing so. When it went on sale again I did purchase it and it turned out to be one of the best purchases ever. I absolutely love my massage chair and I use it everyday. My only complaint is that the controller needs to be backlit because you cannot see the settings in low light

Owned for 1 week so far. This chair has been great for me, my wife, and 2 kids. The first few days you will be sore as it works all the knots out. I’m 6’2” 240 lbs and I fit good in there still. My 13 year old loves to use it after track and baseball. My 9 year old loves to use it and watch a movie. So far it’s been great and worth every penny. I bought this in sale for $999, but would say that’s it’s worth full price. Delivery was nice and chair came fully assembled. Plugged it in and was ready to roll. Would highly recommend!

This chair is awesome and got it on sale for $999. Best Buy delivered it, setup in house and remove the trash. I only had to connect the remote and power cable. I was skeptical because Insignia is either really great or bad. This chair is great! I always wanted one and have zero regrets. Some of the awkward reviews made me almost not purchase, but turns out they are all wrong. Thank BB!

Chair is great! Have had it for a about a month and my wife and I each use it daily after getting the kiddos down to sleep. Such a great way to relax and release tension in the back, shoulders & neck

I’ve only had the chair a few weeks. It took using it once daily to finally get my muscles worked out enough to enjoy it. It was painful at first, which tells me my muscles were in bad shape. The first two times I could barely get in and out of it because of lower back stiffness. Now it’s easy and I can’t believe the trouble I had at first. Needless to say, IT WORKS WELL and helped with that lower back stiffness! The price is unbeatable compared to others. Even at $1499 which I paid initially, it’s a good deal. But knowing Best Buy’s price match guarantee, I kept an eye on the deal of the day deals and called in the day I saw it for $999 (two weeks after purchase) and they happily gave me a $500 credit. The only con is that it is too narrow for someone with extremely broad shoulders (like my husband). But for average or narrow shoulders it is fine. My 6’5” nephew’s head came off the back of it but he could still get a great massage. So far, no quality issues, and I’m still learning the remote. I love that it does the glutes, most people are really tight in that area. Getting to the glutes helps with sciatic nerve pain. But like I said before, it takes some getting used to, gotta give it a chance. No pain no gain. I am very excited about this purchase. Even if it only lasts two years it’s worth it because there is no limit to how many times you can use it. It’s a bargain compared to paying for a massage therapist and you don’t have to leave your home.

Not bad for the price that I paid,I was pretty comfortable only remote control could be little more easy acccesable.

I have been looking at massage chairs for about 6 months and this does not disappoint! I scored it a substantial discount on Black Friday. I also had a few hundred dollars in Best Buy Rewards. It has been worth every penny. It came complete and I just had to plug it in. I like that it has foot rollers and air pressure bags in the legs and arms. I use one of the preset settings and it is perfect for me. I also like that it has heat in the back section.

Bought the 3D, was too wide to fit through door, I was sad because I really really wanted this chair. Best Buy returned it and delivered the 2D a few days later. Fits. perfectly through 32" doors! This chair is a "Must Have" Delivery man,Armando was excellent!

I LOVE THIS CHAIR ! Awesome on every part of my body except my tailbone. Roller is too hard so my solution is to put a pillow behind me in that big dip (shown in photos) of the lower back. I love the shine and look of chair but it do take up more space than expected (shown in photos without being fully inclined)

Better than an extra chaise lounge. LOVE IT! It's my chair of all chairs. Durable. SOOOO soft leather-type. the compression on neck with air buggles inflating molds to your body. Just plug in. Easy to use. scans your body first 5 sec. Any settings - tilts, full body, foot, heat. My life-line during the pandemic. Payment plan made it possible. Delivered into my apt. energy-efficient. I use it 1-2 times a day.

Every penny worth it. The massaging chair is so good that I feel very relaxed after a long day at work's, my whole body feels so good after that, I do recommend this to everyone specially elders also. Even my cousin asked me about the chair where did you brought this so I share the link with Best Buy but unfortunately it’s sold out and I waited since last year to buy this chair.

This chair is so great! You can adjust it to any pressure you want. It is a complete head-to-toe massage chair. I got it on sale and they delivered it the next day! I admit that I have fallen asleep in this chair more than once!

I’ve been experiencing back, neck, arm, and leg pain. I’ve had numerous massages and they help out a lot, this is the main reason I’ve been looking to buy a massage chair, when I saw the deal I couldn’t say no. I received the chair and used it two days in a row and I must say WOW !!!!! It’s not the same as a hand massage but it’s pretty close. The chair is designed really well to massage everything, The chairs appearance is nice which is another bonus. It does make some strange noises but overall really quite.

The relief we have experienced is worth every penny. Purchase was a gift for my dad and I bought it for his 74th birthday. My dad used to complain about always being in daily pain. It would hurt me to see how he would get out of the car all bent over in pain. I read all of the reviews hoping that the chair would bring him some relief. He was so impressed with the chair that over dinner I think he sold it to another older couple. This guy is over the moon and sky for this chair. Personally I used it at least three times and the lower back relief that I have experienced makes me want to buy another one for myself! Waiting for a sale!! Ok the only thing is we need a video showing how to set this up, I was a little worried that we wouldn’t be able to do it since we are both two left feet , but we figured it out and got it set up in about 30 mins

I've dreamt of owning a chair like this for 40 years and they're usually $3500-$15000... So to go from 2500 down to $1000 interest free was a dream deal. The chair is actually delightfully amazing even if it goes off sale! It has fantastic articulation massaging every part of the body ... Just don't expect to be using your smartphone or snacking as long as your arms and shoulders are being massaged!
