Don’t get me wrong it’s a great chair but there’s only a 1 yr warranty on it. This chair is too expensive for it to stop working at the two year mark.

My only complaint is having to kick my teenagers out of it to use it. However, my autistic, sensory seeking son LOVES this chair. My amputee husband is always sore from walking with a limp and this is way better than pain killers. Overall, super satisfied with this product! Waiting until it is on sale again to buy one for my parents!

My hisband has a very bad back amd uses it every evening. I use it after taking kids to school while having my coffee and my kids use it after sports games. You can change intensity levels and it is very good at deep tissue massaging.

My wife loves it, and uses it every evening. It is easy to use, and there are a lot of features to target the areas you are looking for. Anyone who comes over and tries it out, loves it. I'd definitely recommend this especially when it's on sale under $1500.

But every time any family or friends come around they always want to use it. To the point that this one will be for a family member. It has different modes and your can relax to the point where you fall asleep. I will 100% recommend this

It doesn’t get the neck like I would like it too. The airbags sometimes hurt the legs so I turn off the air feature a lot. But otherwise it does help.

Gives a firm massage from the top of the neck to the bottoms of your feet. Lots of adjustments - keeps us from having to go to the chiropractor often times. Very good investment. After trying it out our friends also bought one.

I have enjoyed the different presettings and heat option. If it pushes too hard on a point of your body adding a small pillow will help. The only negative for me was delivery time was moved up, last minute. I didn't make it home before they left. Chair was outside and too heavy for one person to move. I had to get help to move and set up, which I thought was part of the delivery.

Knowing now I would pay full price in heartbeat! I was totally prepared to buy one in the 4K-5k range and took a chance on what I thought was going to be a cheap chair, I am totally satisfied with the purchase. I’ve only had it for about a month so I can’t speak on longevity but I am in it every night and so far so good

I was able to get this on the deal of the day at a price comparable to the cheapest chairs on Amazon and it was delivered and working without issue. Massage can be a little rough on the back if you don't watch the settings. I use it almost daily to relax and have fallen asleep in it from time to time.
