I love the chair. Hurts a little at first but after a while I got used to it and it is very relaxing

My Son answered the door. In and out in 14 sec. Flawless. Well packaged, Big o box though. Fell off a roofing job, back pain for 30 yrs. I use it every day.,Really..it is aggressive to the body, until your body gets corrected. After about 20 min per day for 2 weeks, back is feeling 75 percent better. My teen Daughter sneaks in when I'm at work for her massage. Now when I get home, I have a schedule to make this my personal workout. I walk with better posture and I feel fit. Oh yeah, the pressure points, aka air bags, OMG, will drop your BP. All my life 180ish over 120. Just went to the Dentist 154 over 94. Lowest ever in 25 years. I Don't do reviews often, because I don't care about bs rewards. Could not pass up the sale, as I have wanted one,but not paying the 2400 price. I would buy two vrs a recliner. My Daughter and others say that's what they have in the mall. It just makes you feel revived and exercised. I am 55 and am starting to feel like 45. No, I don't use BB reward pts or promo. This is my true eval of the wonderful Massage chair. Getting into my POD Massager chair in 20 min Later. JC

This chair is incredible. Having back/neck issues my whole life, the amount of relief this provides is amazing. Massages can be intensified to the point I’m sore the next day, which means it did its job. Well worth the money!

Other reviews had suggested that this chair works well for people of various heights - probably true within limits. Lower limit is realistically about 5’ 2” and the upper limit is perhaps 6’ 2”. All functions work, but the foot rollers seem to be poorly positioned and the upward travel of the back rollers should extend several inches higher for taller people. Settings are very much a matter of personal preference, so the automated routines provide good and bad - best to learn how to manually override and to customize settings. Heat and pressure work quite well and chair seems well built and reliable.

I'm in heaven!! Let's start off by saying I have been trying to buy this one for a while but it has been out of stock. So being impatient I went and bought one from Walmart, a Nager Luxury Chair. I was not pleased what so ever. Then, I received a re stock notification that Best Buy had this chair back instock so I rushed and ordered it. Well lets say best idea ever. OMG!!! Like I said I'm IN HEAVEN!! I suffer from Fibromyalgia and other nerve and muscle damage and this chair helps my pain in every way. Listen I am not a review type of person but this chair deserves my time and day to let everyone know its amazing. So if you suffer in pain daily like me I definitely recommend this chair.

Bought this as a gift for my parents. They love it so far, so glad I was able to get them this chair. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with in regards to this purchase was the delivery service. They did not provide any assistance/support as I was anticipating based on others reviews and being that when purchased “installation” was included.

love this chair....price is reasonable ...it has serve me well in the last year....worth every single dollar....plan to upgrade to 3d version if it come back.. :)

This chair has helped with my tension headaches and lower back pain. However, you cannot control the intensity of the rollers. You have to put a towel or blanket down to lessen the intensity. Also, it doesn't massage the back of your legs. For the price (I scored it for half off), I can't complain too much. It definitely is not your fancy $5000+ chair that you would find at a furniture store, but it's a good, basic, chair that gets the job done.

We’ve had the massage chair for almost a month and we love it. It’s been a big hit with guests at our house as well. Made our purchase on Cyber Monday so feel like the value for the purchase was really good. The only thing that would improve it would be to have the remote be easier to read by being backlit or better contrast between the background & lettering.

This chair is absolutely amazing!!! It has preset messages and you can customize a message just for yourself. The chair is fully assembled do you just take it out of the box connect the power wire and the controller.

Had been wanting one of these for several years. When I saw it at 1/2 price I took the plunge. And at 0% too! Delivery was a breeze. The guys carried it in thru my patio door and set into the next room. All I had to do was plug it in. Now I can get a daily massage. And with the price of 1 personnel massage, this thing pays for itself in a month or less with almost daily usage. ❤️ it!!

Life changing I have spent over 10.000.00 dollars on massages and they can never get through the muscles in my shoulder they just aren’t strong enough when you’re built I’m a very muscular guy this chair can and do break my muscles down god heavenly chair I recommend to anyone that suffers from back pain it’s rough but after my third massage I was used to the pressure now I use it in the morning and night my back hasn’t felt this good in 30 years

I really enjoy my chair...2 years later still does the job I need. I recommend it to anyone that need a great relaxing massage after work. My granddaughter has autism; she loves it more than any chair in the house.

I LOVE this chair! I was very excited to receive this and get it set up for use. It has exceeded my expectations and is my favorite purchase this year! I bought it as deal of the day for 1/2 price, with free shipping, and have no regrets. It is large and requires room, but once in place you will enjoy the relief. The heat function is great and the zero-gravity is fabulous.
