Very happy with the purchase, easy to operate and hits all the spots. I think for the price you really cant beat it as some other 3D or 4D massage chairs cost significantly more. It actually took less space than I pictured so that was a plus too.

The chair works as described and has different massage levels of intensity and function.

The massage is good. Level 2 is suited for me. Level 3 hurts little but it may work well for other people. The massage chair is good for sore muscle due to sports or menstrual clamp. I got the chair on sale for $999. It was a good purchase.

OMG, I love this massage chair and it does just about everything. The massage chair feels better than a person massaging me. Whenever I feel tight or tensed I go straight to my massage chair. The massage chair is worth every penny. I would definitely recommend the Insignia massage chair to anyone looking for a reasonable price massage chair.

Hi, I picked it up on a half price sale and it is the best buy I have made in years. I am not stiff all the time and find myself using the chair 40 to 60 minutes a day. sometimes if you use it two 20 minute programs twice in a row. You need to turn it off so it resets to the right program. Otherwise I have not had any of the problems in the other reviews.

Value - can't beat the price. Problem - air pump gave us less than a year of ownership. Do your research. This particular model has an air compressor issue. It's the first to break. If it breaks within the year, they will fix/replace. They are aware of this problem because as soon as they heard air compressor, they will replace. If past one, year, it will still work minus the air. Google Insignia 2D massage chair air pump issue. I am not the only one.

This chair is a great buy for the price. I got it on sale at 50% off for the holidays. I use the chair everyday for my back and shoulders and it is great for loosening up my muscle's. I'm a big guy 6'1 and 250 lbs. and i fit in the chair just fine.

We love the chair. Use it everyday. Simple setup. The only thing that I wish it had was the leg stretch feature. But the massages including the foot are good. Love the air pressure of both the arms and legs. And the full body massage is good from neck to buttocks. Price point for what we get is good.

Works great! We've been very happy with this massage chair. We love the back and foot massages. How we wish the calf, arm, and shoulder air bags actually massaged, but they don't. They only squeeze. Also, it'd be nice if the buttons were backlighted. Very hard to read when it's dark. Would have to turn on the light or use a flashlight. Great value for the price that we paid.

This is a birthday present from my wife and it shows why we've been married almost 50 years. She bought it at the really great Black Friday sale price to keep me exercising even when I get sore...she knows me too well! The chair is awesome, works really well and does keep me exercising because it really does relax all the muscles I've been neglecting that get sore and tight following my workouts.

This machine is our favorite chair. My family uses it at least once a day. Great alternative to a professional message. Great deal of the day price and 2yr no interest. It was a no brainer.

I picked this chair up with no contact loading. I pulled in and called. Two minutes later it was on my truck and we were ready to go. I needed help to get it inside. Not so heavy as it is awkward for the weight. The chair was relatively easy to unpack. We plugged in the power and remote wires in the back and we were ready to go. The chair takes a little getting used to. Take the directions with you in the chair the first couple of times so you can get used to the remote functions, if you don't like to just experiment.I found the foot massage a little harsh, and I keep it turned off a lot. Too bad because that was one of the reasons we bought the chair. The back massage can be a little rough and actually hurts a little till you get used to it. Our favorite setting is neck and shoulder massage. The air bags which squeeze your legs and arms feels pretty good. The shoulder massage is hardly felt at all. We haven't tried the heat yet. We may wait until winter to try that. Overall we like the chair and found it to be a great value on Deal of the day. I would buy this one again and recommend it if you are in the market for a massage chair. Deal of the Day at half price can't be beat

I love my chair! Always nice to know I can come home from a long day at work and just sit in the comfortnof my home amd fet a nice full body massage. I really recommend this chair.

Very good massage chair. I use it a few times a week

20 minutes a day is all that is needed. Even 20 to 40 minutes every 3 to 4 days a week shows very beneficial results. Saves money with massage therapy. My dad is gettng one too. We have both learned this car gives great relaxing massages, that works on all muscles, and will put me to sleep every time...LOL!!!!

I like the foot massage, it is the best. Just turn it on and let the machine do its thing. The people from BB were great and the installation time was short. I consider it one of the best on the market. At this price it is unbeatable.
