I like the foot massage, it is the best. Just turn it on and let the machine do its thing. The people from BB were great and the installation time was short. I consider it one of the best on the market. At this price it is unbeatable.

Massage was great, but the controls were not so easy. It was hard to get the machine to massage just certain areas unless you did one type of massage. My wife and I liked the variety where it would change what massage type it would do, but that we couldnt figure out how to isolate where it massages. This was important as we dont like it going down and massaging the butt. A week into the second hand machine we used, the compressor for the leg and feet massage broke. Returned no problem, one of the main reasons I like buying from Bestbuy, hassle free returns.

I got this massage chair for my husband who's an over-the-road truck driver. He's sat in them at stores and always wanted one. But we couldn't afford them, even when they go on sale at Costco. I almost bought one on Amazon for around $750; so glad I didn't. I waited for this one to go on Deal of the Day & got it for only $999 with FREE delivery. Had to wait 3 weeks, but it was well worth the wait! The 2 delivery guys were the BEST! They were super polite, very friendly and even adjusted the position a little after my husband tried it out & found it was just a couple inches too close to the wall. It takes up the same amount of room as our treadmill did. He finds it's not too loud that he can still watch TV across the room as he's getting a great massage. This Best Buy chair has the SL track so the rollers even go under your glutes. I've only sat in it once because I found the air bags on my calves was intense. You can turn the air bags off though. My husband sits in it at least once a day every day he's home and usually ends up falling asleep. His only complaint is when the massage is done he wishes it would automatically go back to the upright position. Of course then he'd wake up! ;) I used a black spring/paper clip to clip the remote cord to the pocket. That way if the remote ever fell off the side, he'd be able to pull it back up. If you don't have the remote you'd be stuck. But we'd definitely recommend this massage chair, as it's an amazing deal even if we had paid full price!!!

This machine is our favorite chair. My family uses it at least once a day. Great alternative to a professional message. Great deal of the day price and 2yr no interest. It was a no brainer.

Love this chair. I use it daily. Love the heat option. My only issue is that the air pillows on the feet hurt. You cannot adjust the pressure and the feet and leg pillows are one one setting. I shut that off and enjoy the rest

I am so glad I purchased this chair. It works great I use it at least 4 times a week . The delivery was great, the drivers setup the chair and I was able to use it immediately. After the 20 minute relaxing massage I fell asleep in the chair. Every home should have one of these.

Great chair. Really gives a great massage. Heat option gets pretty warm to enhance the feel.

I love my chair! Always nice to know I can come home from a long day at work and just sit in the comfortnof my home amd fet a nice full body massage. I really recommend this chair.

This is a good chair which works on the full body and gives great result. I got this for my wife who's job keeps on her feet but now the whole family is using it. The quality is good so also is the job it does. It is highly recommended especially when it's on sale.

Got this on a sale and I’m glad I did. After having a back surgery I like to be more proactive to self-care and this chair really helps with that. The construction of the chair is sturdy and it doesn’t feel cheap. My only complaint is sometimes the remote and controls don’t seem to respond or function properly.

This chair is wonderful. There are shortcomings as take about in other reviews, but for the price it's outstanding. My one suggestion- I'm 6'2" and I snuggly fit into the chair. If you're taller than this, you may want to consider another chair- you will have to scrunch down for it to get your shoulders properly.

The chair nice and feels like good quality. I gave the chair 3 stars because of the size. This chair is made for people on the smaller size. Anyone with broad shoulder will not be able to fit there arms in the arm slots. This is not the size of the more expensive chairs. All the components are easy to use and self explanatory. The chair does have rollers so it can be moved east and will fit through a 30”door frame. My door frame is approx 29” and the chair just slid through. One should get used to chair it does really squeeze your muscles etc. I also place a blanket on top of the chair so the back massage is not quite as strong, otherwise it is painful.

I love this chair and all of its features. The remote can be a bit overwhelming at first but once you get the hang of it, it is not bad at all. It does a great job with hitting all the spots necessary for a relaxing non-human massage. Definitely worth the $ for an entry level massage chair. 3 - cons - The Remote control is not backlit. Hard to use in a dark room. The massager on the back is so aggressive that I find it better to have a pillow between me and the chair. It is a flat bed pillow, nothing fluffy, and I still get good results. The leg/foot rest extends but does not lock in place, this causes an issue because as you are supposed to be relaxing, but instead I find myself having to continually and consciously having to apply pressure to the leg/foot rest. This is a problem as I bought it to use for spinal cord issues, and I have had both of my knees replaced since 12/20/2021. Not an easy task to have to push it out constantly as my knees were healing.

Great to have at my home! Easy to operate and it’s very relaxing after work. It can be used every day as well with no issues.

Bought this chair for my husband and he uses it multiple times per week. The delivery was great. The chair needed very little assembly. My son had a big-dollar chair that he took with him when he moved out. My husband is enjoying this one every bit as much as he did the 5x as expensive chair.

Me and my wife use the massage chair almost everyday. Just got it 3 weeks ago and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. I walk 10 miles at work, the leg compression and feet roller relaxes my muscles. The different modes on the chair hits every spot on my back. Especially I have low back muscle aches and tight shoulders too. Great chair for the price!
