Great chair. Easy to operate. Good deep tissue massage.

I absolutely love it , and I can also tell someone how it works so much better then most out there . I first purchased massage chair from other company and after a week I was so upset with purchase but then I saw this and it was sale 999.99 and so I purchased and was able to return so for several days I had both my kids and I all agree no comparison in quality , love it

Love this chair. I use it daily. Love the heat option. My only issue is that the air pillows on the feet hurt. You cannot adjust the pressure and the feet and leg pillows are one one setting. I shut that off and enjoy the rest

Great message chair, I was a little skeptical at first but read the other reviews and got it on sale. It does a great job and has lots of settings to choose from. My wife and I use it about 3 to 4 times a week each. This chair has helped my tight muscles and that helps me stay looser. I’d say if you’re on the fence wait for a sale and get it, but definitely worth it.

Massage was great, but the controls were not so easy. It was hard to get the machine to massage just certain areas unless you did one type of massage. My wife and I liked the variety where it would change what massage type it would do, but that we couldnt figure out how to isolate where it massages. This was important as we dont like it going down and massaging the butt. A week into the second hand machine we used, the compressor for the leg and feet massage broke. Returned no problem, one of the main reasons I like buying from Bestbuy, hassle free returns.

Best purchase we’ve made! The foot massage can be a little rough but other than that, love this chair! We use it daily.

A massage chair has been on my wishlist for decades. Came across a "Deal of the Day" on this chair! Nabbed it for $999.00, and got two years no interest! Less than $45 a month for a daily massage! I did no research so a better deal may be out there, but this chair does all I need.

I bought 2 of these for Christmas gifts. One for my son & 1 for my husband. They love them so does everyone else that comes to give them a try . Full body massage. So relaxing. The chair just swaddles and hugs you. Still trying to understand all the buttons on the control. Love the heating hope it heats the feet too. Love that it massages the feet as well. Comes together you just plug it in.

I am so glad I purchased this chair. It works great I use it at least 4 times a week . The delivery was great, the drivers setup the chair and I was able to use it immediately. After the 20 minute relaxing massage I fell asleep in the chair. Every home should have one of these.

At first it was a little rough. Then after a few days and a few tries of the different setting I found the perfect fit. We love the chair and the price. Delivered as promised. If you are still iffy about people coming into your house. Have them at least remove the packaging and throw

the remote is a little confusing,but the massage chair is great.

This massage chair exceeded my expectations. I use it every day. It’s especially therapeutic on days I go to the gym. A great item to have at my disposal anytime. I would recommend.

Got this on a sale and I’m glad I did. After having a back surgery I like to be more proactive to self-care and this chair really helps with that. The construction of the chair is sturdy and it doesn’t feel cheap. My only complaint is sometimes the remote and controls don’t seem to respond or function properly.

I got this massage chair for my husband who's an over-the-road truck driver. He's sat in them at stores and always wanted one. But we couldn't afford them, even when they go on sale at Costco. I almost bought one on Amazon for around $750; so glad I didn't. I waited for this one to go on Deal of the Day & got it for only $999 with FREE delivery. Had to wait 3 weeks, but it was well worth the wait! The 2 delivery guys were the BEST! They were super polite, very friendly and even adjusted the position a little after my husband tried it out & found it was just a couple inches too close to the wall. It takes up the same amount of room as our treadmill did. He finds it's not too loud that he can still watch TV across the room as he's getting a great massage. This Best Buy chair has the SL track so the rollers even go under your glutes. I've only sat in it once because I found the air bags on my calves was intense. You can turn the air bags off though. My husband sits in it at least once a day every day he's home and usually ends up falling asleep. His only complaint is when the massage is done he wishes it would automatically go back to the upright position. Of course then he'd wake up! ;) I used a black spring/paper clip to clip the remote cord to the pocket. That way if the remote ever fell off the side, he'd be able to pull it back up. If you don't have the remote you'd be stuck. But we'd definitely recommend this massage chair, as it's an amazing deal even if we had paid full price!!!

Great chair. Really gives a great massage. Heat option gets pretty warm to enhance the feel.
