Received it for the holidays, and is VERY relaxing. Hits everything from feet to neck/shoulders. Only issue is the bottom of the back is a little harsh, though I'm sure there's a setting to lessen the pressure- I just need to figure it out.

I try and use daily and it is very relaxing. The package was delivered as a large box- no assembly required on unpacking - I set it up in less than 10 minutes

I'm male, 6'0", 190lbs, athlete body type for size reference. Pros: the rolling balls feel good where they manage to make contact. Cons: the foot rest uses springs to contract to their shortest possible position. To get the foot rest to extend you have to push and hold it down with you feet which is distracting while trying to relax. The rolling balls do not get anywhere near the neck or upper shoulders. The forearm and calf areas do not have rollers, they have airbags that inflate and deflate. Getting squeezed is not a massage nor is it necessarily relaxing.

Great price for the benefits you will get, if you love getting massage, this chair is for you!

I bought it for the deal of the day at $1250. I wish I had bought it sooner when it was just $1000. I have used it every day and am very satisfied with eh purchase. It does just as well as chairs much higher in price. reading some other reviews I really hope it lasts.

We use the heck out of this thing, and I mean daily. I've put on "Comfort" and fallen asleep only to be awoken by the next family member waiting to get in this thing. Best money I've ever spent, on anything.

Nice to relax in and I usually fall asleep in it. Everyone that comes over uses it. Very nice chair, quality is good and looks good in the living room. A couple of things I worked say, it is a little noisy, also at first it may shock you how aggressive it is but you do get used to it.

Be careful the first time it works on the glutes it gets a "little friendly" but it works out the knots. Many adjustments. It would be nice if it worked the upper legs but that is my only complaint. I'm 6' 230 and I fill up the chair
