This chair was one my best purchase of the year. It is amazing. I used to have a Sharper image massage chair that I gave to my parents about 7 years ago. I thought it’s time for me to get another one for me and this one exceeded my expectations. On a day where I’m very tired, this chair relaxes me and puts me to sleep.

Saw it during sale and I grabbed the opportunity! I didn’t regret buying it. My spouse and I loved it..not just helps ur back but also relaxes your body. Wife loved the foot roller and how it reclines. Husband drives a lot for work and it helps his back really good. We had only it 3 days and so far we’re satisfied!

Bought the massage chair at $999.99 at the Black Friday sale for half off the normal retail price. I got together with my other 2 brothers and pooled the money to buy it as a Christmas Gift to our parents. They absolutely loved it. Pretty good deal!

I use the custom option mostly to target certain areas as i am 5 ft 11 in and feel that preset options dont pay much attention to neck. Would be nice to eliminate the loud beep with every button press (which I push about 50 times while customizing massage to areas i need during 20 minute session). Considering opening remote and removing speaker. The air bags on the calfs and forearms are just ok but the foot airbags and rollers are amazing. I think the overall power of main massage track is adequate. No prior massage chair experience but at $1000 i think this chair provides its value (spouse and i use about 2-3 times per week). Only had for 1 month though, so not sure of durability. Once unpackaged, was able to tightly squeeze through 29.5 in door with a only a little scuff on the sides. Be sure to remove any metal on the door frame that could cut the faux leather

The only thing I don’t like about the chair is the footrest doesn’t go down when the programmed massage is done. You have to press and hold the power button, but that is in the instructions, so I can’t complain too much. We absolutely love having this to supplement our in person massages. It is pretty heavy, and obviously bulky, but we managed to get it up a set of U-shaped stairs. Might be worth hiring a couple of movers for this if you have any health issues.

Massage chair was delivered in good condition, but bestbuy agents didn't assist in the installing it. The complete box didn't fit in the door, so there was not other option but to leave it in garage. Later I had to do it by myself. Product was worth the deal, but disappointed with bestbuy delivery service.

Got all the features needed. Can’t get better than this for the value

Works very well. Easy to use. Has wheels so can be moved fairly easily if needed. Pretty big and ugly so you need to have a large enough area to tuck it into. After a few months no issues yet, still works like day 1. I would recommend this.

Has great pressure. Good deep tissue massage. Husband uses it every day. Bought over 2 years ago and still works as it is brand new.

I got this for a gift and have had it for a few weeks. It was on sale when my dad bough it. I would recommend at the discount price. I use the reset button and I have a setting that I really enjoy. It does a great job but I probably still go to a massage place to get my feet done.

So far I love this chair. The only thing that would make me change my opinion is if it were to break. This chair is every bit as nice as the $5000.00 chairs I have seen. I bought this for $1000.00 and I don’t regret it at all.
