Few pointers after using the chair for 3 months. We use a towel folded on lower back and foot because no matter what mode it’s on it’s too aggressive and later we get sore. Heat mode is good if you have a heavier shirt on or it seems to get real hot after about 20 mins. Full body seems to be the favorite but suggest using comfort for the first few times until muscles get use to the massage. The arms and legs are air pressure bags that inflate and deflate. The back and feet are really the only massaging rollers. At half price I feel this is a good deal but because of the legs not having massaging rollers and that I have to press and hold the upright position at the end of the massage to get out of the chair I gave it 4 stars. Considering the rest of the chairs costing 3k+ I can deal.

It's the best thing I ever bought for myself. Just by sitting on it after a long day work and driving, it's magic. I always checked every day hoping to get the same deal I got, because my family love it. I'm planning to get one for my Aunt if ever I get the same deal I got it.

On time delivery and easy set up and performs as expecred!

Worked for 2 months and then air bags stopped working. Called and got a new one sent. A month later the remote stopped working. Called and they sent a replacement. 4 months later the air bags stopped working again. Called and now they are giving me the run around. Insignia says call best buy, best buy says call geek squad, geek squad says to go instore. I will never buy any insignia products again.

If you’re thinking of giving this to your wife, you better think again!! Your life will be miserable (or maybe not haha )! She won’t even remember your name once she sees this! But really.. i recommend this chair!

We love our massage chair. If I could change anything, I would change where it gets in the middle butt area to the outer area and the legs more.

Was a little leary of committing to this but it is the best decision that I have made. Could not be happier with the performance of this chair. Everything it does is wonderful. The performance and features cover nearly every massage need. YOU WILL NOT REGRET

Would be a 5 star rating if one of the back rollers didnt stick out so far makes you feel like its going to break your back i dont know if theres an adjustment or it defective ive tested alot of massage chairs and none of them was like this one

We are enjoying the chair very much in the house it was bought for medical reasons for massaging to relax because of a procedure that takes many hours to do every day

It's a solidly great massaging chair. Probably can be compared to the ones that are over 5k-6k chairs..

Ive had this chair for a year now with no problems at all. It works very well me and my wife use it weekly. Pro tip: hold the “times” button to make beeping sound from the remote silent.

I love my new Zero Gravity Full Body Massage. I love all of the different modes and adjustments that you can make to customize each massage. I use this chair every day/night and it gives me 20 minutes of relaxation and most of the times I get a second massage in a different mode so I get 40 minutes!

The 3 star rating is based on issues I had with the chair personally, but easily worth 4 or 5 stars with no issues and when on sale, as you won't find a better deal. Unfortunately the chair I received stopped reclining shortly after I received it, but Best Buy was very helpful in addressing the problem. As a tall person I also found the manual leg extension to be and issue as it would not stay put and effort had to be exerted to keep it extended. Overall, though, well made and a great value if you receive a good one.

It works when it does not fall apart. However, within a few days of receiving it, the inside mechanics started to fall apart. First came some noise, then sound of parts dropping on the floor. The good thing is that it was easy to fix. So I opened the covers and found the parts on the floor and put them back. Another few days later the parts fell again. I fixed it again and paid attention to the torque required. Till now it is still working. Sometimes I can still hear a little noise but not too bad. Some critical parts are made from nylon. I would prefer them to be metal because they bear substantial force. Don't expect it to last for 20 years. The nylon/plastic parts will need to be replaced after certain time. The produce seems to be produced by TruMedic and branded as Insignia. I saw some complains online about the customer service of TruMedic. I am not sure who is going to take care of the customers, TruMedic or Bestbuy. One more thing ... I still dont know how to extend my legs when lying in the chair. The footrest pushes you feet towards you, forcing you bend your legs.

This is a great massage chair. It has different features and settings to customize your own massage experience. The zero gravity makes you feel relax.
