Good chair, once you get use to it,and all the settings you will like,takes a little bit, but will happen. Got on sale for 900.could not pass up.

very satisfied with mine for the value, can't control the foot roller/air bag pressure as much as I'd like but for the price, very relaxing and great massage. Got delivered early too, Best buy brought to master bedroom 2nd level, easy to unpack myself.

I Bought this chair on sale not expecting too much. I must say the back and hip massage works great This SL track massage chair has excellent features. Only two features are missing from this chair that are found on much more expensive chairs: Leg Stretching and Bluetooth speakers

Best purchase I have ever made. Was worried for a bit. Had it for a full month and love it. The whole family uses this chair. It does a great job or relaxing the muscles. Only con is i wish the remote had a preset to get it back to upright so i could quickly get up when done.

Have had this since Xmas 2024 (Now 06-11-2025) and we love it! Even our kids use this machine for some relaxation

This is a great chair for the price. Got it at $500 less than listed price. It hits all the sore spots. Has 6 program functions but also has the option to focus on a specific area. The timer is set to 20 minutes by default but has the option to extend. Just hope it lasts.

Someday I found a Independence day deal from Best Buy. And I was also looking for my wife bday present, so I ordered it. My wife was satisfied 100% on this massage chair, that's what she really want to have. I am so happy.

excellent chair at great price. The built-in programs works extremely well. The chair is a bit difficult to move from one spot to another so decide where you want it in advance. Bear in mind that this is a massaging chair so not relaxing as a recliner. Great buy at best buy/

I bought this massage chair open box from magnolia was lucky enough where I was able to try it before I bought it! It was impressive and the wife loves it. I wish they sold an extended warranty for this specific chair!

Shipping was good. The chair is great. We love it. Got a great deal on it as well. There are better chairs out there but they’re way more expensive. My gals don’t like the foot rollers. I don’t mind them. We wish there was more pressure in the arms.

It is a great chair for the price. I wanted a 3D chair because i wanted to be able to control the intensity of the rollers and not just the air pressure but I settled for this. I was worried the roller intensity would not be strong enough but I took a chance on this chair and I was not let down. This chair is strong, it almost hurts at times but it’s a good hurt. I’ve had it a couple months and so far the only “problem” I’ve had is just having to reset it in the back because it wouldn’t power on but not a big deal to me. It would be nice to be able to control the legs recliner part separate of the back recliner but I knew I couldn’t before I bought it so I can’t knock it for that. You can pinpoint any part of your back with different massage styles and adjust the width to get the right spot. I don’t know what else to say. Quick, free delivery and they brought it up my stairs. I Can always trust buying from Best Buy.

For the price and free delivery and set up this was a great purchase and works wonders on back pain. I could sit in it for hours if the room I had it in had a TV.
