It is comparable to the multi thousand dollar chairs out there. I would highly recommend.

Delivery service -5*: (negative 5 stars) got re-schedule 4!! 4 times! I had to be really mad to a persone who called me so I could get it, A MONTH AFTER IT WAS SUPOSE TO BE DELIVERY!! is insane and really nonsense for me why and how is this posible, idk why is so poorly managed to have a delivery when you made it on schedule... overall the chairs is amazing, but the customer service was really bad, and btw im a total member customer, and not even for that they were a little bit more serious about it

The massage is geared towards those that like deep tissue action. It is not for sensitive individuals. The only drawback is that the foot stool does not lock in place.

Another viewer posted that at 6' 4" he was able to fit fine in this chair. I beg to differ. Even though the the legs extend, I'd venture to say it's not entirely accommodating for someone over 6feet. At 6' 3" I can't get my calves in unless I don't put my feet in. Other than that, it definitely does the job. I use it daily and it has made a difference. I suffer from chronic back pain and this chair along with some reasonable stretching afterwards has made my pain less impactful on my day. If you're in no hurry, wait until it goes on sale. You won't be sorry.

This is a 2D chair so it’s not 3D or 4D but it does the job well. I bought two and will buy another one when it go on sale again. Delivery was quick and easy.
