There are just a few things we would change if we could. The rollers appear a bit rough at first, but you get used to them after you find what settings are right for you, and you can switch certain rollers off if you need to. I do wish the default when powered up didn’t automatically recline, and that there was a way to silence the remote sounds. But those are our only criticisms. This chair has virtually eliminated trips to the chiropractor and we use it daily. We bought it when it was 50% off, so if you can find it for that, it’s definitely worth it.

So far the best investment I made. I'm a food server, I'm on feet 12 hrs a day, before owning my massage chair my legs were hurting all the time, now I'm not on pain any more!!!

For the price, you canʻt beat it. Itʻs not leather so eventually it will peel like the Brookstone model. However, if I can get at least 5 years I would be happy.

Several people recommend this item even at full price, since i have limited experience on such items, i can't recommend that. There are several options out there for a $1000 massage chair, i have no way of knowing if any of those are better or worse. What i can say is that i have been in better chairs before. This does a job, but the footroller is terrible and i wish there was more than just airpressure for legs. Overall, comfortable, looks great, does a decent job.
