Love it. Too big and heavy to move (even though it has wheels). Put it where you want it, but you'll use it all the time! Great purchase. Keep and eye out for it on the deal of the day!

Its okish. Im 5,9 dude. My feet dont fit in the foot rest. My knees have to be bent all the time. Even though the chair goes horizontal. I cant strech my feet. This chair for small people i guess. It feels like all 5-6 preprogrammed modes are the same. To make the machine do the same spot, is impossible. It either 2 inch spot. Or you push to do upperback. It start doind upper, then does everywhere. I wish there were more customizations to specific area, not an inch area or the whole back at a time. I wish there was an option to upload new modes from online. Its ok chair, it will relax you, but if you are an aficionado, save your money, and keep looking

This chair is what I look forward to at the end of a long work day. Be careful because you will fall asleep in the chair.....it's that relaxing!

Powerful massage. It took me a while to get the right settings and now it’s amazing. Some of the pre-programmed settings are too rough for me.

Once you get familiar with all the settings it's wonderful and you can program to what you like. It was totally worth the $$ and comparable to way more expensive massage chairs

This chair is fantastic, the massage hurts a bit in the beginning. after a few times the muscles relax and you fall in love with this chair. I would recommend to a friend.

I love the performance of the Massage Chair. It's not comparable to others that I tried but it serves the purpose well, it relaxes your body. However, I have a bad experience with the delivery person. On the day of the delivery, the man left cursing and speeding up on our neighborhood because he was mad I asked him to follow CDC guidelines. He just left cursing without notice. Bestbuy set another deliver date.

This massage chair is amazing! My son loves it. It gives a full body massage that relaxes you until you fall asleep.

Turned out to be better than I thought. It takes you to Zero gravity so every part of you body is getting a perfect massage. Love the features on it to increase/decrease time and intensity.
