Got it as a deal of the day half off. Took almost a month to home delivery. Too bad they only moved the huge box into my living room. They did not unbox it.

My knees have to be bent all the time. Even though the chair goes horizontal. I cant strech my feet. This chair for small people i guess. It feels like all 5-6 preprogrammed modes are the same. To make the machine do the same spot, is impossible. It either 2 inch spot. Or you push to do upperback. It start doind upper, then does everywhere. I wish there were more customizations to specific area, not an inch area or the whole back at a time. I wish there was an option to upload new modes from online. Its ok chair, it will relax you, but if you are an aficionado, save your money, and keep looking
