Highly recommend, great massage chair. Wife and I use it every day after work.

Quite relaxing, pleasantly surprised. For my body length (6feet), it is more comfortable to be in the horizontal position, as I can extend my legs better.

I was against this purchase because I found other similar chairs uncomfortable. But my husband was insistent and I am glad he was. This chair has been a comfort to all in our family.

Excellent, well built chair. I'm 6'2" and 240 lbs and I fit in no problem. The calf and foot massage is fabulous. Bought on deal of day for $1000 off. Felt like I "got a Steal"

Great massage chair for the price. Only thing missing is a roller for calf muscles. Everything else is splendid. Just wait for the right sale before buying.

I brought this for my mom. She liked it. However, If you want massage shoulder or upper then this can’t reach those area. The pressures is decent since it doesn’t seems like it makes difference on the hand or leg. My remote started to having problem where I can’t press the bottom anymore. Overall I would give 3.5 out of 5.

Got it when was on sale and don’t think you can get much better for what it is. Have in my office and my team loves it or clients can get tuned up in a few minutes!

Worked for just under a month. There airbags don’t work. No error codes. They show on the display as working but they don’t. No reset. And the return window is 14 days. It lasted 21. You can’t send it in for warranty without the original huge box. Which who in the world would keep a box bigger than the chair who has that kind of spare room?! A 2k$ chair that doesn’t work! Don’t waste your money here. Look for a better quality better return window and warranty. And one with a reset feature

This is a great product but i am giving 4 stars because the first one i bought was not turning on after couple days but thank GOD it was under warranty so best buy replaced it so jus worried if again same problem with this after warranty expires what i am going to do?

Great chair but I bought open box. The description of the item I received was nowhere close to good. Best buy did work with me and refunded and additional 200+ dollars. Just be aware open box grading is horrible on these. Mine was filthy, and one of the foot air bags had a giant hole in it so the leg and foot airbags on both sides didn't inflate. I watched it with some flex tape and it works fine now. Had to give it a DEEP cleaning and the zipper holding the foot air bag cover on was broken had to repair it as well. Still I say a great deal I got this chair under 1000 taxes included

Man I massage chair has always been on my list and now I have one people complain about it being so tough and rough but I’m a big guy so I love it I highly recommend this chair.
