This chair is fantastic, the massage hurts a bit in the beginning. after a few times the muscles relax and you fall in love with this chair. I would recommend to a friend.

Once you get familiar with all the settings it's wonderful and you can program to what you like. It was totally worth the $$ and comparable to way more expensive massage chairs

I love the performance of the Massage Chair. It's not comparable to others that I tried but it serves the purpose well, it relaxes your body. However, I have a bad experience with the delivery person. On the day of the delivery, the man left cursing and speeding up on our neighborhood because he was mad I asked him to follow CDC guidelines. He just left cursing without notice. Bestbuy set another deliver date.

Quite relaxing, pleasantly surprised. For my body length (6feet), it is more comfortable to be in the horizontal position, as I can extend my legs better.

It's a good massage chair when it's working. I'm on my third chair within one year. Both previous chairs had air compressors broken down while rollers kept working. In both cases, the manufacturer replaced the chair with a new one instead of repairing, which had me suspecting that its a design flaw. I dont recommend the chair.

Turned out to be better than I thought. It takes you to Zero gravity so every part of you body is getting a perfect massage. Love the features on it to increase/decrease time and intensity.

Excellent, well built chair. I'm 6'2" and 240 lbs and I fit in no problem. The calf and foot massage is fabulous. Bought on deal of day for $1000 off. Felt like I "got a Steal"

I brought this for my mom. She liked it. However, If you want massage shoulder or upper then this can’t reach those area. The pressures is decent since it doesn’t seems like it makes difference on the hand or leg. My remote started to having problem where I can’t press the bottom anymore. Overall I would give 3.5 out of 5.
