Worked for just under a month. There airbags don’t work. No error codes. They show on the display as working but they don’t. No reset. And the return window is 14 days. It lasted 21. You can’t send it in for warranty without the original huge box. Which who in the world would keep a box bigger than the chair who has that kind of spare room?! A 2k$ chair that doesn’t work! Don’t waste your money here. Look for a better quality better return window and warranty. And one with a reset feature

Got it when was on sale and don’t think you can get much better for what it is. Have in my office and my team loves it or clients can get tuned up in a few minutes!

Great chair but I bought open box. The description of the item I received was nowhere close to good. Best buy did work with me and refunded and additional 200+ dollars. Just be aware open box grading is horrible on these. Mine was filthy, and one of the foot air bags had a giant hole in it so the leg and foot airbags on both sides didn't inflate. I watched it with some flex tape and it works fine now. Had to give it a DEEP cleaning and the zipper holding the foot air bag cover on was broken had to repair it as well. Still I say a great deal I got this chair under 1000 taxes included

This chair is amazing. After doing a little research and deciding this was the one for us, I kept watching for the 50% off sale so many other reviewers had mentioned. Literally just days later, it was on sale! Purchased immediately, delivered within days and is truly the best money we ever spent on a discretionary item. It is helping with a multitude of aging items (aches, pains, getting the blood flowing, insomnia), and has become a part of our daily routine. The only thing I wish was different is the remote - I wish the buttons were backlit. Outside of that - highly recommended!

Wonderful chair comfortable and works great beware on delivery if ur stairs are to sharp or tight they well not take it up I had to have a friend come help me get it up

Massage knlts in your body that you never realized was there! Was very painful at first but after time using it pain was gone. It sure does its job. Oh love the feet massage.
