This chair is the best! My husband and family loves this massage chair as it takes care of your body head to toe.

Great vaule for what you get, Took a little to get used to but it worked out the kinks in my back to the point it will rarely pop during the day or have pain!

This massage chair is a decent value when on sale. Reliability is suspect. We'll see how she's doing in a year. I wish they offered an extended warranty for peace of mind. Right now it starts to creak and pop once the massage rollers start to get towards the lower body. I've only had it a few weeks and it gets used 1-2 times a day. Speaking of sounds, the whooshing of the air bags aren't quiet and aren't too loud to be intrusive. It almost reminds me of those white noise fans. I've actually fallen asleep in the chair a few times. So depending on your preferences, it could be a positive or a negative. The controls could be more intuitive. I just use the Comfort setting and let it do it's thing as it's annoying to try to get it to do exactly what I want. I want to relax and not get frustrated with the controls. I also wish there was a way to lower or mute the beeps on the remote as I have this in my bedroom and mostly use it at night. The actual massage function is great though if you like it firm. It seems to hit all the right spots for me (I'm 5'9"). Overall, I think it's a fair product at the sale price. If it lasts more than a few years then I'd say it was a good buy.

Worth every penny, bought it when it was deal of the day and never regret it. I work 12 hour shifts on my feet all day and after a long week this chair is a life saver.

Got this on sale at $1000. It is a great chair and gets plenty of use from everyone in the house. No regrets and all and the insignia brand has yet to let me down.

I bought this for my wife but i too use it now. Even my adult kids use it when they come back home. I haven't tried others but the zero g massages on this is great.
