I gave 4 stars because the air pressure is a bit much on my legs and i have to turn it off. Also,the back roller hurts when it gets to my lower back so i have to put a barrier between my back and the chair. The remote should have lighting because it's hard to use in the dark even with just tv light on.

There are a couple things i didn't like. The leg section doesn't stay extended without me putting slight pressure on it. It takes away from the relaxing experience. Also, the air pressure is a little too intense for my legs even on the lowest setting but it'll probably be fine for most people. It had helped significantly with my back pain though so all things considered it is a great message chair for the price point.
