I got used to it. I think the rollers started to settle in.... and now it works good

Very good massage chair

The chair is worth the money all the way around. Even my seven year old gets in that chair almost every other day. You feel great after your massage every time. Only dislike is the roller balls can hurt a little on certain spots of the back but its not that serious.
