It's a bit strong - particularly when you're trapped by the calf massager and the foot rollers start tickling your feet. But you can make some adjustments like using one at a time. Would recommend!

I got this at deal of the day and was a bargain. The chair tilts which makes it a great massage chair. I use it everyday just hope it does not break. Make sure it can fit thru the door with the box. The delivery guys refused to unbox it and move it inside the house due to possible damage to the chair.

I’ll admit, getting it in sale for less than $1,000 was the biggest selling point. Chair was a gift for my petite wife that only likes light massages. On the lowest settings she is in it everyday. The only down side is the lower back area can become very tender, even on me. So we just put a small pillow to cushion it while the chair is massaging and BINGO! all is amazing again.

Contacted Insignia and with their assistance, had Best Buy send in a new replacement but +$120 out of my pocket for a delivery and setup. I bought one for myself and use it every day before bed and have been sleeping like a baby.
