I’ll admit, getting it in sale for less than $1,000 was the biggest selling point. Chair was a gift for my petite wife that only likes light massages. On the lowest settings she is in it everyday. The only down side is the lower back area can become very tender, even on me. So we just put a small pillow to cushion it while the chair is massaging and BINGO! all is amazing again.

I got used to it. I think the rollers started to settle in.... and now it works good
