Didn't last 2 weeks

I used it intermittently over those 2 weeks before the remote died, making the chair useless. I spent over 5 hours on the phone and chat to get this resolved, which eventually I was told to go into the store. Special shout-out to insignia customer service that wasted over an hour of my time just to tell me to call back, that was great. This has been an utter failure for Best buy from top to bottom. I got a replacement chair that came in with the exact same issue. I showed the delivery guy and he took off after it turned on for a few seconds. So now I have to wait for another week to get this picked up and a month to get my money back. We were considering other insignia brand items but not now after this debacle. If you are considering a massage chair I would go with another brand. At full retail of 2500 this is over priced and the service you would expect from a national retailer just isn't there.

We use this chair every day, multiple times a day, and we are very happy with it. Over a month after purchasing, the circuitry had a problem and the back rollers wouldn’t move but Bestbuy easily picked up the old chair and gave us a brand new chair, which has been working alright for weeks now. At a price of $1,000 it can’t be beat. Not sure if I would be feeling the same for the regular price of $2,000.

I had two been replaced for warranty due to failure of airbag every 3 months since I purchased. Maybe i just got a bad unit. Anyways, its been really good so far and i use it at least 4 x/wk.

Nice No Frills Massage Chair

Bought at 50% during Father’s Day/Daily Deals sale. Not house though. But the box, OMG give that to your kids for a playhouse. The box is immense. Also comes with a nice pillow in the form of an inflated plastic bag. Like others I put towels through the middle of the chair’s rollers. But other than that I wish the arm and leg pressure were higher, had double rollers on the feet and had a hand roller.
