Had it for almost a month, no complains, great for the money. Highly recommended, especially when it is on sale.

Best value massage chair. Nothing else at this price point even comes close.

Good customer service. I had two been replaced for warranty due to failure of airbag every 3 months since I purchased. Maybe i just got a bad unit. Anyways, its been really good so far and i use it at least 4 x/wk.

This chair is a great value and better than more expensive chairs that I tested before purchasing this one.

As the title says didn't last 2 weeks. I used it intermittently over those 2 weeks before the remote died, making the chair useless. I spent over 5 hours on the phone and chat to get this resolved, which eventually I was told to go into the store. Special shout-out to insignia customer service that wasted over an hour of my time just to tell me to call back, that was great. This has been an utter failure for Best buy from top to bottom. I got a replacement chair that came in with the exact same issue. I showed the delivery guy and he took off after it turned on for a few seconds. So now I have to wait for another week to get this picked up and a month to get my money back. We were considering other insignia brand items but not now after this debacle. If you are considering a massage chair I would go with another brand. At full retail of 2500 this is over priced and the service you would expect from a national retailer just isn't there.

A good value buy for a deal price of $1,000. We use this chair every day, multiple times a day, and we are very happy with it. Over a month after purchasing, the circuitry had a problem and the back rollers wouldn’t move but Bestbuy easily picked up the old chair and gave us a brand new chair, which has been working alright for weeks now. At a price of $1,000 it can’t be beat. Not sure if I would be feeling the same for the regular price of $2,000.

I only gave 3 stars because the modes except one are too intense for me, particularly the calf and foot rollers - feels like my leg is in a vise. I would return if feasible, but the size and weight of the chair make this impossible. I will just not use the calf and the foot rollers (which is a shame) - wish there was more ability for customizing or programming custom massage sessions.

Kids especially love it in our theater room. Noise could be a little less, but that may be asking a lot for all of the options on it. I could do without the arm massage and would rather have a cup holder and charger. Would spend a bit more and get the 3D as it is larger. Foot massage covers about 2/3 of my size 12 foot.

Excellent product with an amazing price. It is very relaxing to use at the end of a work day.
