    When you purchase this do it with the assumption the will NOT honor their delivery to “any room”. Now i have to find a way to get 190lbs upstairs and its toonlate to cancel. Do one of two things. Remove that statement from the product or change delivery companies. But STOP LYING TO THE CUSTOMERS!!!!!

    Good customer service. I had two been replaced for warranty due to failure of airbag every 3 months since I purchased. Maybe i just got a bad unit. Anyways, its been really good so far and i use it at least 4 x/wk.

    I got this a few weeks ago and I am so far impressed. I have used it pretty much every day. The only con is the massage is a little ruff on the lower back, best to have a blanket there as a layer. That being said, you can expext that from any massage chair. Always buy this with the deal of week when it is 1000. The airbags are nice as well.
