The air compression seems to have about 9 months to a year life span. Finding a Technician after the warranty is up is just as bad or worse. My recommendation: keep for almost a year and trade up.

If I had paid $2K, I’d be disappointed. Initially the chair hurt, especially my tail bone and bottoms of feet. There should be more cushion between massage rollers and person sitting in chair. I wish it would actually knead calves, thighs and arms instead of squeezing all the blood out of them lol.

I was skeptical ordering this chair or any chair for that matter due to lack of available info and reviews but I hit the jackpot first time out with the research I was able to do. Great chair and worth every penny. Wife uses it daily and sister in law uses it every weekend. Easy and quick delivery as well.
