Does Not Last

It says it has a 1 year warranty, I’ve called Insignia, they said Best Buy would be reaching out within 96 hours. I waited 2 weeks, called Best Buy 4 times and each time they said they don’t get many calls about massage chairs and have no options for help. The 3 weeks of good use that you get out of this chair is VERY GOOD, but it does not hold up.

If I wasn’t 6’3 I would have given this Five stars. At my height the chair doesn’t really reach my neck well but everything else is great! The leg and foot massage is wonderful!

If you have smaller legs and smaller arms, you might not feel the squeezing much, but still great. Love the different settings it has for different areas. None of family cares for the heat feature, it is too hot for us. Foot massager can be a little intense if going longer than 20 minutes. So glad I made this purchase!

The chair is compact, compared to other bulky chairs. I’m 5”10 and sitting on the chair is comfortable. The massage experience is great! I’m glad I bought it. Wife’s happy, I’m happy, best way to end a hard working day.

I tried a couple of times a week for a month hoping to get used to it, but it left my tailbone area sore every single time and pinched my lower back repeatedly. I also had to slouch to get the shoulder massage to fit properly. I haven’t used it in months. Even at half price deal-of-the-day, DON’T DO IT!

Sometimes it can be a little rough and needs to be toned down a bit, but worth it. Has more functions than many massage chairs that cost twice the price and more. Attractive appearance. Set up and haul away packing materials was to be included in delivery but didn't occur.
