I honestly don't think it's worth full price just bc you can't really control the pressure of the shiatsu balls and the calf is just pressure wish it had the shiatsu balls aswell.

I tried a couple of times a week for a month hoping to get used to it, but it left my tailbone area sore every single time and pinched my lower back repeatedly. I also had to slouch to get the shoulder massage to fit properly. I haven’t used it in months. Even at half price deal-of-the-day, DON’T DO IT!

This chair goes on sale all the time so don’t pay more than that. My office has a much more expensive brand and this one is almost on par. I use it daily to help with my neck and back pain.

But its still a great massage chair

It struggles to get to my neck unless I slouch some and have my legs either out or knees bent(calves out slightly) but still a great chair and I was satisfied that I fit.

I would have been happy to pay full price after using it. I've had lower back problems for almost 20 years and this is by far the best relief I've ever felt. Takes a little getting used to but simply amazing!

Previously I bought the brown one which is as good as this one however the brown has a harder roller and this black massager is a bit softer. For grandparents, Black Massager is more suitable. Both have great quality.
