We got a great deal on this thing but for some reason it didn’t come with a remote, which we could not get for a month. We were not made aware that this was the case. Also these chairs typically have a few sections that inflate to put pressure on your forearms, calves, etc and that does not work on this chair. Again we were not made aware of this. I would have just paid more for a new one if I knew about these issues up front

Its good value for the money. But you can only use the 20 minutes massage. It does not give you options for feet or shoulder separately. Which i like.

I bought this as a treat for myself and to help with my chronic pain and muscle soreness. It has helped me tremendously. I've used it nearly every day to help loosen up my lower back and spine, and it has been very helpful.

This is a great Massager at a good price. Previously I bought the brown one which is as good as this one however the brown has a harder roller and this black massager is a bit softer. For grandparents, Black Massager is more suitable. Both have great quality.

Debated buying this chair until it came up as sale of the day for 50% off. I would have been happy to pay full price after using it. I've had lower back problems for almost 20 years and this is by far the best relief I've ever felt. Takes a little getting used to but simply amazing!

I have had the chair for 2 months now and really really like (maybe love?) it. Trial and error is the best recommendation for switching through the various modes and pre-set massages. My only critique would be give us an option to disable the remote control from beeping when buttons are pressed

5 months from purchase and air bags stop working. Manufacturer Parts and service warranty is useless as several phone support I am being forwarded to mentioned they do not offer home service for the product. Search through internet and you will find the air compressor functionality for this product is common issue. The very bad part when you call support they forward you to several department from best buy to isignia support and then you get forwarded back to bestbuy until you get exhausted talking and waiting for next "next specific support department" for the product.

Very good product. Highly recommended but not recommended for people who have wide shoulders

This chair is awesome Best Buy delivered it, set it up in the house, and remove the trash. I only had to connect the remote and power cable. I was skeptical because Insignia is either really great or bad. This chair is great! I always wanted one and have zero regrets.

My husband absolutely loves this. It gets all the areas. He can never find a good massage therapist that ca get deep enough. With this massage chair, it massaged places in his back and it really helps with the incline the chair offers. So satisified with the purchase!

Love every feature of the chair. You can increase or decrease the intensity. If you have the space, it is worth it.

Ordered this for my daughter in law who is battling cancer. Delivery was as promised. They confirmed the night before and called before arriving. The guys were very courteous and professional. They brought chair in and unpacked it for her. Great service and great buy.

Really good, but in the relax mode puts to much pressure on the back, and the feet rollers they are always out, thats not cool. Relax mode needs to be soft.

It’s a good chair and has room for improvement but worth the money if you purchase it on sale. It would be nice to have adjustments where you could adjust the intensity lower and adjust the intensity of the presets. Massages are limited to 30 minutes.

Amazing chair! Got it on a one day sale and it was the best dear anyone could ask for! Works wonders! Easy to move around with the wheels on the back but very difficult to bring up stairs

1 year and half later still working fine. Ive seen other reviews and i feel like they overuse it. I don't at first its very stiff but with time it does loosing up and get weaker but still does the job for me.

I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 days for my remote replacement but no luck. I cant use my chair due to damaged. I went to besbuy store but they just told me to call a number or contact insignia. When i contact the number they gave it still gave me a different number but no solution to my issue. What should i do with my chair without the remote? It’s not even a month yet and it’s useless. How it could it not have any buttons connected to the chair without using the remote? Am i supposed to just throw my $1,000 massage chair since i cant use the remote? HELP!!!!

I love this massage chair and I use this on a weekly basis. Full body massage is the one that I like the most. Neck and Shoulders are my second favorite.. overall its good to have it for those who massage at any time.

I use this baby every other day after my twelve hour shifts standing on concrete. Its good to me and easy to use. Im very content.

Great massage chair. Only complaint is it is very rough around the sacrum area. Almost painful. And paid for setup, but delivery guys just brought it in and left. Best buy did reimburse me for that though.
