    Great massage chair! Solid Build and great functionality! Can't beat the price and the features are comparable to more expensive massage chairs. If you are on the fence, go for it! You won't regret it. I am addicted to mine!

    I have been trying to contact customer service for 2 days for my remote replacement but no luck. I cant use my chair due to damaged. I went to besbuy store but they just told me to call a number or contact insignia. When i contact the number they gave it still gave me a different number but no solution to my issue. What should i do with my chair without the remote? It’s not even a month yet and it’s useless. How it could it not have any buttons connected to the chair without using the remote? Am i supposed to just throw my $1,000 massage chair since i cant use the remote? HELP!!!!

    DOES DEEP-Tissue well ;adjusts for my 6’04” frame but… failed to “lock” in place, had to keeping pushing foot rest down. Also it never massages your thighs..but NONE of the other more expensive chairs either.

    Great for the price. I love the heated feature for your lumbar area. The lumbar region is a little intense, but not unbearable. My family really enjoy this chair.

    For the price its well worth it. Love the fact even the feet has the massage roller too. Got it on sale for $999.99 for my brother. Definitely would buy for myself if I this awesome deal again.

    I love a very firm deep tissue massage but this is painful, a friend called it a torture chamber. We are both rather thin and it was just rubbing right on our bones. After some research one where you can control how far out the rollers come is more for us. I'm very tech savvy and I had a bit of a problem with the remote unless it's just simply clicking the pre-set modes. I bought this as a daily special at half the price and I am still returning.

    I've been waiting for this massage chair to go on sale again since I missed it last time. Finally came back on sale 50% off and bought it. Works great and is pretty quiet , have seen other for thousands more

    its exactly what i needed it's a little hard on the rollers sometimes but for what i gave for it it's great. would be better if it had some more choices to eas the hardness of the rollers. great chair

    It was a decent chair but only about average I guess. I am 6'1" and it did not come high enough up on my shoulders. I ended up returning it.

    My dad owns Victory Disinfecting in Houston, Texas and he spends his days working with his crews to disinfect homes and buildings. He comes home happy but tired. We thought the $999 price was great but we returned the chair in 14 days because of the following recurring problems: 1.) sometimes it just wouldn't turn ON 2.) on 6 occasions, the air pillows on the legs inflated so tight that it hurt my dad's legs and he couldn't even turn them off 3.) the final straw was the day he was laying in the zero gravity position (flat) enjoying the back roller when the machine suddenly stopped. When he reached for the remote to see what had happened, he accidentally knocked the remote onto the floor and found himself "stuck" in the chair! Getting out of the chair while it's stuck in the zero-gravity position is almost impossible. He said he struggled for 15 minutes until I was finally able to get out safely. He says it's his fault that he knocked the remote off the armrest BUT I say, if the chair had not turned off by itself (for no apparent reason), he wouldn't have tried to reach for the remote. It's too bad this chair had problems because the price was right. One more thing, the chair was too tight across the shoulders. I'll give kudos to Best Buy for not giving us a hassle when we returned it. They even sent a couple of guys out to the truck to help us unload it and they brought it inside the store. When we explained the issues to the customer service clerk, he didn't give us any hassles. They checked out the chair to make sure nothing was damaged and then they issued a refund to my credit card. We don't hold these problems against Best Buy and we'll remain loyal BB customers. I think the fault lies with the manufacturer. If you decide to buy the chair, plug it in and start using it right away because you've only got 14 days to return it. My mom says "that chair is possessed"! Haha! Well, better luck next time.

    Buyer Beware of Insignia Products

    Big shocker but the chair started experiencing problems within weeks of the one-year warranty expiring. For those interested, the leg portion of the chair started failing. Started by making grinding noises that got worse over a short period of time. Soon after that part of the chair stopped operating correctly. I contacted Insignia and Best Buy about 3 weeks after the warranty expired. I was told that the only repair option is to subscribe to a paid Total Tech membership, after which I would get the benefit of an exam but would have to pay for the actual repair on top. It's hard to believe Best Buy would sell something so big and expensive and leave the customer with no reasonable options. I'm sure I will have to pay someone to help dispose of this several hundred pound piece of now garbage in my living room.

    Delivery and setup was a nightmare!

    We had been searching for a nice massage and got this on sale. Once we kept using it to figure out different apps and settings, it has slowly started to work out. Rollers can be a bit harsh regardless of the comfort setting so I would not go beyond 30 mins. But the delivery an setup was a nightmare! There was a delivery but no setup and demo whatsoever. We spent hours trying to contact BB and Geek squad for help to no avail. Very disappointed. Finally, my wife and I gave up and had to open this large package by ourselves before setting things up.

    It's nice, but it's way too rough. I got this for my mother to use. I also use it, and we both have to put thin pillows behind our back and under our bottom because it mashes into your body way too hard. I sure wish you could control the intensity/how deep it massages. I wouldn't purchase another one.
