This is an awesome massage chair!!! I saw the one day sale & I jumped all over it to buy for my wife. My wife loves it. She uses it everyday from along hard day at work. Massages the entire body

Big shocker but the chair started experiencing problems within weeks of the one-year warranty expiring. For those interested, the leg portion of the chair started failing. Started by making grinding noises that got worse over a short period of time. Soon after that part of the chair stopped operating correctly. I contacted Insignia and Best Buy about 3 weeks after the warranty expired. I was told that the only repair option is to subscribe to a paid Total Tech membership, after which I would get the benefit of an exam but would have to pay for the actual repair on top. It's hard to believe Best Buy would sell something so big and expensive and leave the customer with no reasonable options. I'm sure I will have to pay someone to help dispose of this several hundred pound piece of now garbage in my living room.

My dad owns Victory Disinfecting in Houston, Texas and he spends his days working with his crews to disinfect homes and buildings. He comes home happy but tired. We thought the $999 price was great but we returned the chair in 14 days because of the following recurring problems: 1.) sometimes it just wouldn't turn ON 2.) on 6 occasions, the air pillows on the legs inflated so tight that it hurt my dad's legs and he couldn't even turn them off 3.) the final straw was the day he was laying in the zero gravity position (flat) enjoying the back roller when the machine suddenly stopped. When he reached for the remote to see what had happened, he accidentally knocked the remote onto the floor and found himself "stuck" in the chair! Getting out of the chair while it's stuck in the zero-gravity position is almost impossible. He said he struggled for 15 minutes until I was finally able to get out safely. He says it's his fault that he knocked the remote off the armrest BUT I say, if the chair had not turned off by itself (for no apparent reason), he wouldn't have tried to reach for the remote. It's too bad this chair had problems because the price was right. One more thing, the chair was too tight across the shoulders. I'll give kudos to Best Buy for not giving us a hassle when we returned it. They even sent a couple of guys out to the truck to help us unload it and they brought it inside the store. When we explained the issues to the customer service clerk, he didn't give us any hassles. They checked out the chair to make sure nothing was damaged and then they issued a refund to my credit card. We don't hold these problems against Best Buy and we'll remain loyal BB customers. I think the fault lies with the manufacturer. If you decide to buy the chair, plug it in and start using it right away because you've only got 14 days to return it. My mom says "that chair is possessed"! Haha! Well, better luck next time.

I am a nurse and this chair has been helping me with my back and leg pains after work. I am so happy i made the right decision buying it.

We had been searching for a nice massage and got this on sale. Once we kept using it to figure out different apps and settings, it has slowly started to work out. Rollers can be a bit harsh regardless of the comfort setting so I would not go beyond 30 mins. But the delivery an setup was a nightmare! There was a delivery but no setup and demo whatsoever. We spent hours trying to contact BB and Geek squad for help to no avail. Very disappointed. Finally, my wife and I gave up and had to open this large package by ourselves before setting things up.

Very good purchase for us! The massage chair is easy to use and we have felt healthier since purchasing it; less muscle aches, etc.

I wish the controls were a little easier to figure out but that aside this chair is amazing! It seems like there is always someone in the chair relaxing.

Comfortable Chair definitely hits all the right spots with the massage function. Wife uses it everyday!!!!

Chair is very nice and easy to use. Bought on Deal of the Day for the “appropriate” price. Remote is easy to use. Feet, arms, and legs can be controlled independently. Wish the remote was back lit.

Some of the sounds it makes are a little odd, but once you get used to them it's all just part of the experience. It's a wonderful massage chair and hits most of the spots you need it to. It's not equivalent however to a great deep tissue massage.

Chair works good, only wish there was an adjustment for how deep into your body it massages as it can get too intence.

I have to say, I wasn't sure what to expect. I ended up liking the product and use it few times a week. The intensity towards the lower part of the back is too high in my opinion (and others that have tried mine) but otherwise I enjoy it.

For the money, it’s a great overall value. Compression on arms and legs, rotation on spine to neck and buttocks. Tiny learning curve with it, but it’s been a lifesaver.

I got the massage chair for $999 during Deal of the day. initially I was hesitant to buy Insiginia product but after using it for 2months it is doing wonders for my back and shoulder pain. I’ll certainly recommend this product

Good quality, very soothing to use there is alot of different options on the controller to customize differnet preferences. Only caution is that it is alittle rough on your discs in your back but could be just the way my body sits.

This chair is FANTASTIC! I have had it for more than a month now and use it almost every day. GREAT stress relief and many options to choose from for different types of massage. I'm sorry I waited so long to get one!

Definitely a treat. The only disappointment when using this is needing to step off for meals and bathroom breaks and THEN getting hit with non-zero gravity reality.

This the best massage chair I got so far every easy to access so many options of body massage I would recommend this chair to everyone.

Preprogrammed sessions didn’t work from day 1. Thought it was operator error at first but it wasn’t. It just got worse and worse. Set up repair several times (cancelled & rescheduled) only to be told the 3rd time, Best Buy doesn’t fix them. When it did work, we really liked it.
