This chair would work better for a smaller framed person. I am 6 foot tall and the massager did not reach the tops of my shoulders or my neck. The reason I got this was mostly for a neck massage so this chair didn’t meet those needs. Honestly it kind of hurt. My girlfriend is 5 foot nine and it did not reach her neck either and she also thought that it was painful on the upper back. The legs, butt and lower back felt really good though. I think if you are around 5 foot five this chair would be great for you.

This the best massage chair I got so far every easy to access so many options of body massage I would recommend this chair to everyone.

First massage chair ever. Came assembled in crate. It is heavy. Needed help getting it upstairs. Has lots of options. Didn’t know we needed one until I got it. Can’t get the wife off of it. So far so good.

Love my massage chair. Provides a very relaxing 20 minutes. I do have a problem with my DIL wanting to hog the chair when she comes over. I do wish that you could get an extended warranty.

This chair is just okay. I've had other massage chair experiences that were better. Of course those chairs weren't 50% off, which was the main draw to buy this one. Seems like all of the settings are pretty much the same, or at least I can't tell the difference. Also not a fan of how low the rollers go. Really only looking for neck, shoulders and back but this chair spends an inordinate amount of time massaging my derriere.

Preprogrammed sessions didn’t work from day 1. Thought it was operator error at first but it wasn’t. It just got worse and worse. Set up repair several times (cancelled & rescheduled) only to be told the 3rd time, Best Buy doesn’t fix them. When it did work, we really liked it.

We got this during deal of the day. And were so happy that we didnt hesitate to order it. it made us relaxed after session.

Great chair! Fits me great. I’m 6’ 1 “ 250 lbs and I still have room. They delivered to a room in the basement and took all the cardboard. Very happy. Also got it on a 3 day sale. Worth every penny.

I bought this as a gift for my mom and she loves it. She says she is in it most every night and I am in as well when I visit.

It hurts my shoulder blades. Great for the lower back though. It you're tall you're going to feel cramped.

Loved it. So smooth and relax. They should have cup folder outside.

Why I rated 1 star: 1/ I don’t rate 1 star for a product quality within the first week of using because it not fair for the product itself because the quality will show up in long term performance. 2/ I rated 1 star due to Best Buy showed me that Best Buy doesn’t have any faith on the quality of their own particular product. In this case: this massage chair. The question we have is why I rather pay $2500 item for the same item for same product wat Amazon for $850 after $45 saving? Best Buy is about 300% more expensive. My answer to my case is it carries the Best Buy branding. Please note: Best Buy has been selling Extended Warranty for everything, even when you buy a pencil with Best Buy. However, Best Buy does not offer any Extended Warranty for this extremely marked up item with its own brand. This showed me that Best Best doesn’t have any faith on this product. I have contacted online chatting, called Best Buy Geek Squad to find out about the extended warranty for this massage chai, but no one could answer my question.

Got this on a deal of the day! The 20 min message is perfect. Superb relaxing. Too excited and used it over an hour the first day, that was too much, but once a day or every other day for 20 is perfect.

Perfection. Perfect amount of heat selection of massage types is a extra bonus.

Awesome chair! Only thing I don’t like is that I wish I could turn down the intensity sometimes. The heat feature is wonderful.

Overall the chair is a good bargain if you get it at the Sale price and you are younger and do not have any back problems. If you are older and have any back problems then I would not recommend this chair as the 2D massage types that it has are all to strong and intense. I do have a sensitive back and after I first tried all the programs for about 30 mins my back was hurting for 2 weeks. I ended up returning after 2 weeks.

Great for home use. But very expensive . Like all functions but the neck area is not massaging as it supposed to be .

I got on sale and its pretty good but if your short or tall the position are different, takes time to really get comfortable and for it to not hurt.
