Be careful if you have back problems

If you are older and have any back problems then I would not recommend this chair as the 2D massage types that it has are all to strong and intense. I do have a sensitive back and after I first tried all the programs for about 30 mins my back was hurting for 2 weeks. I ended up returning after 2 weeks.

Superb relaxing. Too excited and used it over an hour the first day, that was too much, but once a day or every other day for 20 is perfect.

I throughly enjoy my feet massaged or any part of back side. This chair has caused more pain than pleasure. The foot rollers are terrible positioning as if youre stepping on marbles and no adjust avail, the air pressure cuts off circulation even on lightest setting. The rollers on back are good, til it hits lower back/hip area and they are so stout I had to jump up and again no way to adjust pressure. No I am not a skin & bone body type and not overweight either. Worst chair ive sat in.

The first one we got had some issue so the foot massager didn't work but Best Buy exchanged it for us without any problem. Overall works well.
