Use the manual setting to work on a specific area. You can choose the speed and type of massage you receive.

Had dramatically reduced upper shoulder pain / tension from sitting at a desk working on a computer for far too many hours daily.

The rollers roll with too much pressure. The lowest pressure setting on the arms and the legs are extremely tight. The intensity of the roller for the back and buttocks is very uncomfortable.
