We relied on Bestbuy's free delivery description when we ordered this chair. It states as follows: "We'll deliver your item and put it in the room of your choice. If there are more than 3 floors to climb and no functioning elevator, or there's a risk of damaging walls, we'll be able to offer doorstep drop-off only. Yardbird furniture and massage chairs will be setup and ready to use upon delivery." A reasonable person would read the description that Bestbuy would deliver it to a second floor. If you have a 2-story house and plan to have it delivered to a room in your second floor, DO NOT order from Bestbuy. This chair weighs nearly 300 lbs and Bestbuy delivery people (2 of them came) refused to bring the chair upstairs for us.

The cushion & padding could be much better. It can get somewhat painful sometimes & I have a high tolerance. It’s not horrible to have but I don’t find myself getting in it everyday like I thought I would. I would suggest trying one more expensive because this one just isn’t what i was hoping for.
