If you like a very deep, hard massage then this is the chair for you. But, If you want a more gentle massage, then this is not for you. Even on the softest settings it is very very hard on your feet. When In the natural massage position or zero gravity massage positions it is WAY TOO HARD for me.

I checked: warranty expired. I dont know how much it cost. what a waste.
