We are on our third chair under the one year warranty and this one is now broken as well, all with the same exact problem. The air compressor lasts several months then stops. Now that we are past the one year warranty they will no longer replace it or do any thing to make it right. If you’re willing to spend this much money on a chair that works for about 4-5 months then just know what you’re getting. Most people right reviews right after they get a product and you don’t know the long-term value. Don’t fall for the 4.5 star bogus rating on this product and find a different massage chair from a more reputable company..

Best Buy did not have a replacement part. I was told that Best Buy did not have any information about what type of air pump to buy for replacement, or where I could get one to replace the broken one. The Best Buy representative said, "our Insignia massage chair is not a repairable product." I am disappointed in the response. Best Buy should have a way of allowing its customers to order parts through Best Buy, or at least directing its customers to a source for replacement parts. By the way, I inspected the air pump and it appears that the bearings went out. It is doubly disappointing to me that a one dollar cheap part disabled a two thousand dollar machine with no practical way to repair it.
