At first, it worked pretty well. Not the greatest massage chair, but considering the cost, it was decent. But then after about three months, the motor for the massage portion just died. It will move up and down the back of the chair, but the rollers don't massage at all, they stay in the same position. When I start the chair, the massagers make a weird noise (like a water tank being filled up), but they just don't rotate around at all. Then it spends the rest of the time just moving up and down the back of the chair, but with absolutely no massaging going on. I do not use this every day (not even close), so to have this die as quickly as it did with absolutely no support from Best Buy is ridiculous. Call me crazy, but I expect to be able to use the chair more than 15 times before it becomes worthless. If you really, really want a massage chair, I would recommend biting the bullet and paying more for a non-Insignia brand since I assume the support would be much better than the non-existent support I've gotten for this one.

My gf liked it but I couldn't justify paying 1.3k on something that hurts me. The chair also doesn't automatically go back to sitting position even done

They replaced it for free and then the new one had the arms and legs air pressure go out. You get what you pay for.
