We don't even use this chair on a daily basis and used only 20 mins at a time. Biggest failure is Insignia and BestBuy not providing any warranty support. After 3 weeks of contacting support, emails, phone calls and emailing information they requested there has been NO follow up or scheduled service as of 9/15. Best Buy/Insignia does not stand behind their warranty so for me this is a Worst Buy.

When he used this chair, his back getting more hurt, also it won’t up to the thigh. It massage only back, foot and knee and shoulder. I don’t like this chair.

Do not buy. Failed in less than a year.

The back rollers began getting slower and slower. Best Buy offered to replace it and told me once I had a new one I could purchase an extended warranty like the one that was offered when I bought the first one. I wanted this because it started having issues at about 6 months and wasn’t usable at 9 months. I received the replacement and now they say I can’t buy an extended warranty. Now if I want to return it I have to get the replacement to the store which I can’t even lift. Now they are not offering extended warranties on any massage chairs which means there were a lot of returns and or repairs.
