||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was disappointed by the range of intensity offered by this chair In using the modes of massage I found the intensity to high for my comfort I wish I had the chance to test the chair at a store I also am disappointed in the return process The company that came to pick up the unit refused to take the packing materials I definately consider this with purchasing other large items

Manufacturing issued problem

Representative escalated my claim supervisor n never got call now last option going Best Buy see if they could help .. DONT BUY THE CHAIR

If you're looking for something that will last longer than your payments for it, look elsewhere!!!!!! You will be left extremely disappointed with this chair!!!!!

Insignia - 20 zero gravity full body massage chair

Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this massage chair and delivered on 12/2022 and (10months later) the air pressure stop working on 10/23 and got a new replacement massage chair on 11/2023 per the warranty and on 3/2024 (4months later) the foot roller stop working and per insignia customer service they only honor the 1 year warranty on the original purchased date which is 12/22 meaning the new replacement has only 1 month warranty (expired on 12/23). Now I have a massage chair with the foot roller broken.

disappointed

GOT THIS MASSAGE CHAIR AND AS SOON AS THE 1 YEAR WARRANTY ENDED, IT HAD ISSUES WHERE THE FOOT MASSAGE MADE LOUD SOUND. THEN BODY MASSAGE DID THE SAME AND EVENTUALLY STOPPED FUNCTIONING! CALLED BESTBUY TO INQUIRE ABOUT REPAIRS/SERVICES AND I WAS DENIED OF SERVICE BECAUSE IT'S PAST THE WARRANTY DATE! NEVER BUYING AT BESTBUY AGAIN!!! IT ONLY WORKS WHILE IT HAS THAT 1 YEAR COVERAGE THEN AFTER THE WARRANTY, IT WILL START ACTING UP AND YOU'LL BE TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT!!! SCAM!

Too Harsh

Broken, defective, never worked, beware Total Tech

Good thing we bought Total Tech, right? Not so much. Took a guy weeks to get here, and he had no idea what to do with it. I continuously/councidentally keep getting dropped froma the call or chat, but hey, they have a 95% effective rate— isn’t that something. Steer clear of Insignia AND Total Tech.
