Worst customer service deliverd at the wrong house then took a long time to set up then come to find out I over payed after I had to move this unit to the right address Do not buy this one it sucks unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to try it before I bought it called Best Buy several times then they wait for you to run out of time to return it

My “new” massage chair arrived on 11/11/21 at 1:35pm. When I opened it it had white streaks of dust like if someone tried to clean it before shipping it out. I connected it to power and nothing every happened. The device never turned on. I just took it back to Best Buy right after I received it. They don’t offer extended warranty and it’s their own product. That’s how they stand behind their own product. I read the reviews but still bought it anyways and man do I regret not listening.

My wife and I decided to grab this massage chair because we really wanted something to help us unwind at home after long days, and honestly, we're pretty thrilled with it, so far it definitely lived up to what we were hoping for, especially considering the price, I think it's fantastic value, particularly if you catch it on sale like we did. We absolutely love the zero gravity position, it just takes the pressure off everything, and the massage itself gets pretty much everywhere, it's got a bunch of different settings to choose from, it feels really sturdy, and it came pretty much ready to go right out of the box. If I had to mention anything minor, maybe the foot rollers can be a bit intense or ticklish depending on your sensitivity, and like othe, it's definitely not small, so make sure you've got the room for it, but overall, it's been an amazing addition for us, super relaxing!

As soon as we started using the chair we seen issues. I would plug and unplug but problem still insisted. I contacted customer support and no one still haven’t called or came to fix the issue. Also I ordered tan but they sent black.

The kneading balls that go along your spine hurt. It's like it is sticking out too far. Then, after running a program it does not go back to a sitting position. It stops with you laying back. And a few other. things. It might all just be the program system? We have an appt with Geek Squad!!! Hopefully they can fix it or replace it as we really need this!

great chair, especially when considering the price; to get a chair with comparable features, one would normally have to pay double the price; it has shoulder, arm and leg/calf air bladders and rollers for the neck, shoulders, back and even goes all the way down making a 90 degree turn to massage underneath your butt; it has that zero gravity feature that puts you on your back and elevates the leg portion as if you are going to take off in a rocket; I was able to buy it when it was the 'Best Buy Deal of the Day' so instead of $2K, I was able to get it for half-off (only $1K)! combine that with free delivery (even to Hawaii!)- it became a must-buy for me; it does a good job of massaging my everywhere; the only part it doesn't massage is the thighs and hands but it massages just about everywhere else; I just hope that the product has long-term durability because even at this incredible price, it still is a major purchase; the only negative was that the delivery people did not unpack and set it up (as stated on the website); they did deliver the product inside my house but did not unpack and set the unit up (there's a lot of packing material I had to dispose of- which doesn't fit in my trash can); although the unit has wheels, it can be difficult for one person to move and position the chair where you want it in the room, but once you set it up, hopefully you don't have to move it again

WOW, This is a great buy. I purchased mine 1/2 price for Black Friday. I wasn't even in the market for a massage chair until I saw it on the Deals of the Day website and read the comments. The zero gravity and massage options will put you right to sleep (don't do that due to safety reasons). I cannot get over how cool it is to use in my own home, and how comfortable it is; Plush and padded for arms and legs and the massage of buttocks and neck is oh so sweet! I wanted Brown at first to match my furniture, but decided on Black because you just can't beat 1/2 price when color doesn't matter. ZERO REGRETS. It was delivered, unboxed, and placed in the prepared location by the Best Buy employees. They were courteous and respectful of my property and my safety as they wore their masks. This was an outstanding BEST Buy.

I got this black friday sale for $999 so I took the risk. I read the reviews and it’s mix, some says it works and some has issues. 2 years and 5 months in, still working okay. Maybe the only issue we have noticed or something different recently is the noise. We thought it was kind of quiet when it was new. But thankfully this is not something that bothers us, it’s something we can all tolerate. As far as the rollers, the heat, and all functions - we are probably lucky all still work past 2 year mark.

Just wanted to get my mom something for her 70th birthday.. but wanted something worth while...and this massage chair fulfilled everything i asked for....i tried this chair in full body mode..and it was immensely relaxing and a way of distressing the body...except the rollers on the feet is too much... other than that this will be a great gift for many years... now i want to buy myself one...i highly recommended

This is a really nice chair. I bought it on deal of the day sale price like most people and no regrets so far. My wife really enjoys all of the features and she goes through several massage cycles each day. I’m 6’5” and I can comfortably sit in the chair but the rollers don’t go as high up on my back and neck area due to my height. This doesn’t really take away from the experience for me, though. The heat option is nice. My Only criticism is that the initial operating instructions are not really clear. We figured out how to use the remote by trial and error.

I own a Human Touch chair and this is much better. The full body massage is pure beauty. It comes with a 3.5" LCD remote (corded). I was really impressed by that because the website doesn't show it for some reason. The chair has heat and does a body scan when you turn it own. I love the FREE IN-HOME DELIVERY! The chair feels premium (for a Best Buy Brand) and I can't tell the difference between this and a Human Touch brand. But hey Insignia is a trusted brand. The foot rest massage part extends to accommodate a taller person. All in all... I'm super excited. I just wish it came with a Geek Squad protection plan. The chair does have where you can removed the cushions for the neck and back for a more intense massage. The manual recommends using the cushions. In closing, the chair is slim in design and is easy to move with the attached wheels. I love, love, love the Zero Gravity massage. A Human Touch version would run you over $7k, this beauty is under $2k. Get it you won't be disappointed. The delivery was fast and the delivery guys were very nice. Got the product in and out in no time.

Look guys, if you can snap this bad boy up for close to $1000 on sale, DO IT! Now I've only had this for the shortest of time but the quality, technology and firmness of massage makes this feel like a much higher dollar item. I really don't know how they manufacture them in China, ship them to the U.S and kick them out on sale for $1000-$1250 and still make enough money. Can't speak to the reliability yet and the 1 year warranty scares me, but for this price (the cost of 10-15 massages), I'll roll the dice.

Chair required a few minutes to setup. It arrives in one piece with the remote in a separate bag. My family loves using the chair. The heat and massage choices are great.

I got this on the "Deal of the Day" for $999 after watching prices for weeks. It was an awesome buy! Chair is comfortable and powerful, sometimes massage is actually too hard and a little aggressive, however, feels great! My husband doesn't like the air pockets to shoulders, but this can be turned off. Chair is narrow, so really tight for my husband's broad shoulders, but he still gets a great massage. So far everyone loves it!! The only downfall is that it didn't come with any warranty and no option to buy a warranty... Not even for a year. Disappointing, so I hope nothing goes wrong!

Okay, so the most relevant part of this to understand is that for the $1249 price tag, this chair is pretty good. It is not comparable to the $5000 chairs. So don't try to make that comparison. With that said, for $1249 it's a good bargain. The positives: 1) the 6 massage programs are good. It would be nice to have a few more. The manual settings are easy to use. 2) does not take up much space 3) only costs $1249 on sale The negatives: 1) the chair does not have an intensity setting for the intensity of the massage rollers. It's not a big deal to me but the rollers are too rough for my wife. To fix it, she puts a thick blanket on the chair to help. It's not a perfect fox but it helps a little. 2) as others pointed out, the remote needs to have backlit buttons. Trying to use the remote in a dark room requires you to use your cell phone's flashlight feature to make any changes to the settings. 3) while the chair is compact in size abundant does not take up a lot of space, it is a snug fit. I am 6'1 and 185 pounds and I fit okay. Much bigger than me may have issues. 4) the leg and feet portion does not lock in the height. You have to keep pressure on the footpad to keep it extended. If you relax your legs, it push back up toward the chair. 5) the heater does not get hot at all. I added my own heating pad. Delivery... some people complained about delivery. My chair went upstairs in my home and there were no issues. The Best Buy delivery guys were awesome and acted like it was no big deal to them. So overall, you must consider the fact that this chair costs $1249. Do not be fooled to think it's as good as a $5000 chair. I would not spend $5000 on a chair so this chair is exactly what I expected for the amount I paid.
