Compressed nerve

Personally, I got a compressed nerve, which is super painful. Looking at it, it has these narrow rollers, which are overly aggressive. If you're fat, then there's no problem. But if you are not - chances are that these rolls will cause more damage than good.

Bad delivery

Defective

As a result, forced to make a decision to take it back to the store for a refund or be responsible for doing the exchange myself. Huge inconvenience.

Insignia Massage Chair

Within 4 months the foot massager quit. It does have a one year warranty on parts and labor but I can’t get anyone to help me get repairs/replacement accomplished.

Poor Quality Chair

So sad

I called and the sent me a replacement one a week later the rollers did not work properly and the air bags stopped working.

Best Buy Overseas Reps tell alternate facts.
