I haven’t seen anything worst then this . Somone left this at my Door and best buy expected it myself to pick it up . I mean have some common sense

Unfortunately the chair was defective and they were unable to replace, but they did take care of return.

The air quit working in February, after minimal use.

This hurts. Delivery guys brike 2 doors, didn't do the install i paid for, and left it upside down in the middle of the floor.

The back massager only worked intermittently and didn’t feel it was worth the money

It broke after less than 10 uses. It's not worth buying.

The massagers began to skip witching 2 months of use.

I don’t like it and item is not returnable too. No leg massage

This chair is awesome and IMO a life saver for me. I am a senior citizen (80's) who has been going for massages twice a month and with this chair I no longer have to. The chair has paid for itself in the short time that I have had it. I have neuropathy in my feet and a hip and back problems, bones are getting thin. Twenty minutes in my chair and I feel like a new person. I love all the different settings to adjust to what I need after I have been bad!!! ( lifting or carrying things that I should not ). I can now do many household chores that have been neglected. I have told many friends and family about this chair. I sure hope that it outlasts me. And the price I paid for it great also. 50% off.

We choose the brown chair, it’s pulsating ability and message are exactly what we wanted optional heat too. I’m very satisfied my wife uses the chair every evening and it has helped her mobility in a number of ways. It is of high quality and I like the leather and the foot message.

This is my second massage chair although not the same brand, I purchased this one based on features, price & being sold by Best Buy. I am short & about 155 lbs. The look & feel of this chair is nice. It gives a very good to great massage & I use it daily. If I was a bit taller I think this would be absolutely perfect. Very happy with this purchase!

Wow! This is an amazing massage chair! I purchased this for my partner on Christmas. He typically gets an in person massage 1-3 times per week which was costing us about 1800+ per month (with tip). I decided to get a massage chair to see if we could cut down the amount of in-person massages he needed! He uses this DAILY! The massage chair has firm pressure - you can adjust the pressure and where you would like it on your body. The chair does produce heat as well. Overall its an excellent purchase - many other massage chairs look super fancy but cost 5000 - 8000. I am not upset with this purchase at all and would buy again!

I have appreciated this purchase from the moment I used this chair. I have now had this chair in my home for over two months using at least 40 times. With each session, it’s just as glorious as the first time. The amount of relief from muscle tension, the variety of modalities, the comfort of the actual chair and the space it saves in my house with its design are all pluses for me. It’s affordable, especially if you’re patient enough to wait for a discount day but regardless the value compared to usage makes sense. This is a great purchase and means so much for your self care! In the long run you might save money from actual doctor visits.

Great chair for a great price, works excellent, has all the functions to give specific or overall massage to areas of the head, neck, arms, legs, back, shoulders, buttocks. You can add time if needed by 5 minute increments. I feel blessed for the price paid and do not need to pay a higher price for those named brands. This massage chair gives the same massage or even better. Interested persons should pay attention for this chair at a great price. Love it.

This chair has been the best gift ever. I used 2-3 times a week and is really helpful. I recommended to buy. So far had been working perfect for 3 years.

While this chair is great while it is working. BE AWARE: once it is out of warranty, there is no way to get it serviced. These chairs represent the only items Best Buy sells that you cannot get service on. The service people simply don't exist. For a $2,000 plus item, one would expect that some sort of service network would be available. This is not the case. If your chair fails out of warranty, you might as well throw it out. This is something that Best Buy should make plain when you buy the chair.
